Everyone in the world knew Mueller's final report to Congress, after failing to find any evidence after years of investigations to try to prove a crime was ever committed by the President warranting an investigation let alone a Special Counsel, was going to paint the President as a combination of Adolph Hitler and Joseph Stalin DESPITE, again, finding absolutely NO EVIDENCE to support their claims.
