Who sold Russia 20% of the US uranium reserve via the UraniumOne scam? It wasn't Trump.
It was uranium processing capacity, not "reserves". And it was a private company sale,
approved by 8 Government agencies as not a threat to our security. Because it wasn't, and it still isn't.
Any export of uranium outside the country is ILLEGAL, except by explicit permissions by regulators.
And finally, maybe you don't know this but
Russia controlls about HALF of the world's uranium reserves (in Kazakhstan) and last thing they ever need is more uranium for their own use. Their only obvious interest here was market control (which falls outside of nuclear security issues).
