Mr. President, do you need to uphold the constitution?

The question was very simple. Do you support the constitution? No president should have to consultant His lawyers to answer that question.

Your insults detract from your argument.
It was a very simple question. Do you support the constitution. The answer should of course been yes, or of course I do. I swore to it my oath office. Why would he need to consult with his legal staff?
He is clearly in cognitive decline. He loses his train of thought and can;t find the words to express himself. He jumps from subject to subject when their is no connection. For example.

"He goes off on these ramblings where he is confabulating things – weird things in which he’ll talk about Venezuelans and mental hospitals, and then he’ll talk about sharks and batteries or the late, great Hannibal Lector and Silence of the Lambs. And why is he talking about Hannibal Lector – a fictional character who was not great; he was a murderer, a serial killer. It makes sense in Trump’s mind but these are really random associations. And there is an accelerating rate of decline."

His senility will be worst than Biden's by time leaves office, assuming makes it that fare.

While that may have been what he intended to say, it was not what he actually said. When asked, Trump responded, "I don’t know. I’m not, I’m not a lawyer. I don’t know."

Given that he swore an oath to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States," the clear answer should have been "yes." It seems he was trying to avoid following the interviewer's line of questioning but his poor old brain couldn't handle it.
There is no doubt in my mind that Trump would shit all over our Constitution if he thought Libs weaponized it to use against American citizens…Just like I know for a fact Libs shit all over the Constitution if it means helping Mexicos people and fucking over core Americans.

Give us a break on upholding the Constitution, Leftist. The Democrats have used the Constitution for BUTT WIPE ever since Trump was first elected in 2016. They have made a mockery of the Impeachment clause, the 14th amendment and the judicial process in general. FAIL
This is Trump, not anyone else.

Trump replied, "I don't know"

"I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States."
Donald Trump

Since most everything that comes out of his mouth is a lie, I guess this should not be a surprise.
Democrats claim it's a living, breathing Document...

...aka "it means whatever we want it to mean".

So sit the fuck down, shut the fuck up and enjoy your foisting by your own petard.

TIA.

P.S. coming soon, we're expanding the court to 13 Justices...just like you wanted, you ignorant pieces of shit.

Constitutional rights are for American citizens only…All good real core Americans have always known this…the purple hair nose ringers are the only people confused as usual.

I highly doubt it.

I highly doubt it.
Why not? The Democrats have already advocated expanding the court. I believe if they could, they would.

So why shouldn't we do it first?

It would be a terrible mistake not to.

It takes a larger majority than party lines can use to pass legislation of its kind.

OMG - YOU fell for this too?
That is the problem I have with you all. You aren't this stupid, so why do you so easily fall for out-of-context quotes, that all it takes - literally - is about 1 minute to see the context of what they were talking about to know - your spin is a simple lie. And not even a good one.
But - your blindness keeps you from seeing it. You want it to be true so badly that you are willing to gobble it up and parrot it.

You are not this dumb.

Supreme Court Expansion

Expanding the Supreme Court would require legislation to be introduced and passed by Congress. The Judiciary Act of 2023, reintroduced by a group of U.S. Senators and Representatives, proposes adding four seats to the Supreme Court, bringing the total number of justices from nine to thirteen. This bill aims to restore balance, integrity, and independence to the Supreme Court, which some view as having been hijacked and delegitimized by Republicans. Congress has the constitutional authority to determine the size of the Supreme Court and has changed the number of justices seven times throughout U.S. history.348+1

Support for court expansion is particularly high among certain demographics, including 2020 Biden voters, Hispanics, and young people, as indicated by a poll conducted by YouGov for Take Back The Court in May 2022.9 However, the idea of expanding the Supreme Court remains controversial and faces significant opposition.6

To successfully expand the Supreme Court, Democrats would need to control both chambers of Congress and the presidency, as the legislation would require a simple majority vote in the Senate for confirmation.

You are a dishonest simpleton.

Joe Biden obviously never did. He walked right over it. Then he wiped his feet on it. The only thing Poops McBiden trashed more than the Constitution was this country and the American people. The fact that you said nothing during his four years makes you as big a liar and hypocrite as he is.

But then, both of you are bought and owned by the CCP.

No, but your post is totally irrelevant.
He swore to uphold and defend it, yet he violates the 5th amendment with every person he deports without a court hearing...
Under the law, not every deportation requires a court hearing - in fact, most do not.
Expedited removal, in place for almost 30 years, only requires the decision of an INS/DHS/ICE officer.
No judge, no lawyer, no appeal.
And it meets the constitutional requirement for due process.
