Most delusional story I've seen in a while. Of course, it's about Trump.

They were not scam impeachments. You do not understand impeachments.

Russia did interfere in the 2016 election as proven by a bipartisan commission. Blame the Republicans in that commission for it.
They were sham impeachments, and the only significant "Russian interference" in the 2016 election was facilitated by Mark Zuckerberg selling Russian troll armies spaces on his Facebook platform. Whereas in 2020 Zuckerberg interfered directly in the election himself by funding the vote counting in pretty much only the battleground areas where there is the most controversy about.

While President, yes. The declassification has to go through a process. All documents have to be declassified one by one and marked declassified.

The Documents in his possession were not marked declassified, especially the ones marked Top Secret, as they did not go through the protocol process it always has to go through.
The documents were not stored in a safe place or local.

The National Archive has authority over those documents and they asked for them back. 15 were returned in January. Trump did not seem to want to return what was found in the 10 other boxes taken this past week.

He was subpoena twice and would not give in to the request. So, the FBI had to get a search warrant to get those documents which they proved to a Federal Judge that they were indeed still at Mar O Lago.
The big argument will center around the fact that the markings were not properly crossed out. The chickensht was not properly completed so therefore Tump is guilty and must go to prison.

I doubt Trump will be sentenced to prison but maybe the Democrats can use this incident to stop Trump from running in 2024.

If Trump can’t run he will pick someone to run in his place like DeSantis and we will see what happens.

There is still a possibility that the corrupt political Swamp in D.C. will begin to undergo a major draining program if the New Trump Republicans take over both Houses of Congress and the Oval Office.

No conviction would stop Trump from running. "No convictions," is not listed as a qualification for president in the Constitution. Any other law is subordinate to that.

It could be a real shit show if Trump wins, but the Dems try to sue him out of taking office.

I get the feeling that both the Republicans and the Democrats have decided the future of our wold requires us to join a One World Global Government in a decade or two.

Things were moving along nicely for the one world government plan until Trump emerged from nowhere with his idea of Making America Great Again.

Not only did he set the one world government plan back but he also screwed up much of the corrupt money our wonderful elected representatives thrive on by threatening to drain the Swamp. Trump made people aware of the corruption which makes it harder to for politicians engage in.

If Trump gets elected again he will set one world government back another decade. All the time and effort the Bushes and the Clintons, the Obamas and the Bidens spent wil be largely wasted.

But this nation will be a much better place to live in. I see nothing wrong with the USA being the leading nation in the world. I would much rather be a citizen of the Untied States than a subject of a One World Government.

I guess Mueller didn't get the memo, eh? I understand impeachments perfectly. I also understand partisan chicanery which is exactly what those two scam impeachments were. You are very poorly educated, maybe you should return to school and pay attention this time.

mueller had to follow the narrow parameters that bill barr allowed him to look. howeverrrrrrrrrrrrrrr......... he did expose many roooskie nationals that have been indicted- but nothing will happen if they don't show up in this country since we have no mutual extradition agreement with russia.

pauly walnuts manafort just admitted he gave the rooooskies internal polling stats that help form the propaganda blitz targeting specific trump humpers for voting purposes. you remember paul manafort, don'tcha? the scumbag who sold out his country because he was in bigley debt & owed a lot of cash to some very bad people?

yaaaaaa............. the same paul manafort that donny pardoned for being an agent to a forein adversary.

OH & not only did mueller expose a lot - so did the (R) held intel committee who did their own investigation.

Trump has the ultimate declassification authority.

The official documents governing classification and declassification stem from executive orders. But even these executive orders aren’t necessarily binding on the president. The president is not "obliged to follow any procedures other than those that he himself has prescribed," Aftergood said. "And he can change those."

Indeed, the controlling executive order has been rewritten by multiple presidents. The current version of the order was issued by President Barack Obama in 2009.

The national-security experts at the blog Lawfarewrote in the wake of the Post’s revelation that the "infamous comment" by President Richard Nixon -- that "when the president does it, that means that it is not illegal" -- "is actually true about some things. Classified information is one of them. The nature of the system is that the president gets to disclose what he wants."

ummmm.... why did you leave out the following?

Two caveats
So Risch’s comment holds water when it comes to the extent of the president’s powers. But some experts said that Risch’s formulation leaves out some notable aspects of the particular case involving Trump.

The first caveat: While Trump has the power to declassify information, he doesn’t appear to have done that in this case, at least at the time the story broke.

"There’s no question that the president has broad authority to declassify almost anything at any time without any process, but that’s not what happened here," said Stephen I. Vladeck, professor at the University of Texas School of Law. "He did not, in fact, declassify the information he shared with the Russians, which is why The Washington Post did not publish that information."

here's some questions for ya - - -

even IF donny had the authority to declassify what's in those boxes ... & IF those boxes contain intel of the highest degree that was only allowed to be viewed in a SCIF ( A SCIF, or Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility, is a secure place where sensitive information can be viewed and discussed to prevent outside surveillance or spying. SCIFs can be either permanent or temporary when lawmakers or military officials need to be briefed while traveling )

SHOULD he have? & WHY would he have?

& WHY was it at mar a lago AFTER he LOST the election?

huh? huh huh HUH?

Run away from Trump to go after both Clinton and Obama. The Kennedys next? Carter?

What does it matter if Trump may have put the country in jeopardy?

It remains to be seen, and we shall see.

Please tell us all exactly how DT sold out or was a traitor to America? And I mean specifically what did he do that sold out American interests?

Did he accept money from foreign enemies?
Did he sleep with foreign spies?
Did he employ a driver that was a foreign agent?
Did he demand foreign investigators get fired to protect his family?
Did he allow secret military technology to get transferred to our enemies?
Did he sell strategic reserves or vital mining rights to foreign countries?
Did he leave billions in arms & cash for a foreign enemy while getting 13 of our soldiers killed & drone striking an innocent family?
Did he purposely choke off domestic supply chains & energy production?
Did he order our military to take experimental gene therapy clot shots?
Did he engineer massive election fraud & turn the Fed agencies against political opponents?

You are so brainwashed it's both sad & hilarious

Lol 😂😅🤣😂 no wonder you back Trump. You sure are ignorant. Conspiracy theories are for crackpots.

Trump hosted Zuckerberg for undisclosed dinner at the White House in October

President Donald Trump hosted a previously undisclosed dinner with Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook board member Peter Thiel at the White House in October, the company told NBC News on Wednesday.

It is unclear why the meeting was not made public or what Trump, Zuckerberg and Thiel discussed.

The White House declined to comment.

The dinner was the second meeting between Zuckerberg and Trump in a month. Zuckerberg also met with the president in the Oval Office during a September visit to the capital.

And this implicates Trump how? Russia, Russia, Russia. Mueller exonerated Trump. After all of that word salad post, you have not presented one iota of evidence exposing criminal wrong doing by Trump. You really need to quit listening to Adam Schiff and Pelosi.

For the same reason Obama and every other POTUS has kept docs for their libraries.

Why don't you ask your heeeero, Zuckerberg? What are you asserting went on at a dinner at the WH with the POTUS and an American citizen that the left embraces.

I have been posting on internet boards for years and try to limit my excepts to four paragraphs or at least if the article is very long to a reasonable level.

From what I understand Trump can declassify info whenever and wherever he wants and that does not mean the markings have to be changed on the documents at that moment. Kinda like a wizard with a magic wand. (Of course this may be contested in court.)

Kash Patel, a former official in the Trump administration, argued on Sunday that the former president could declassify piles of documents with a single utterance.

In an interview with Fox News host Maria Bartiromo, Patel defended Trump after FBI agents reportedly used a search warrant to seize classified documents at Trump's Mar-a-Lago home.

"On the way out of the White House he issued further declassification orders declassifying whole sets of documents," Patel said. "And this is a key fact that most Americans are missing. President Trump, as a sitting president, has the unilateral authority for declassification."

Patel added: "He can literally stand over a set of documents and say these are now declassified and that is done with definitive action immediately."

*******************

I didn’t consider the info about the SCIF that you mention to be all that important as there is a SCIF at Mar-a-Lago.

Ironically, the existence of the SCIF at the president’s private club in Palm Beach was first revealed in a White House press briefing on February 14, 2017, to rebut criticism Trump himself had put sensitive discussions at risk.

That was days after Trump held an impromptu security gathering in a Mar-a-Lago dining area with Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and their aides moments after a North Korea missile test.

mueller - an institutionalist made the case for 10 counts of obstruction, but it was up to congress to take the lead. & with a (R) CONtrolled senate, nothing happened.

well, a sitting prez, he is not. so he's going to be held accountable. he knows it & that's why he's panicking. so which is it?

did the FBI plant the docs?

the docs he magically de-classified?

the docs that were never there according to his lawyer?

the docs that he now says are his?

LOL!!!!!

Not like an insecure personal server that contained 30K classified emails that were illegally destroyed, eh?

but but HILLARY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

^^^ false equation 101 ^^^

doesn't seem to have been any nuclear secrets divulged or ready to be sold... so there is that.

For the same reason Obama and every other POTUS has kept docs for their libraries.

nope. donny's lie about obama's docs have been proven to be just that.

a lie.
