This charming and visually-pleasing Christmastime film which aired on the family-friendly Hallmark Channel presents the domestic values story of Mrs. Claus trying to infuse extra holiday spirit into her husband Santa by trying to heal a marriage on Earth which is on-the-rocks.
The cast is delightful and the couple-in-trouble is nearly-perfect, making this offbeat film a nice holiday treat.
The screenplay is straightforward but organized, making it a nice complement to Hallmark's annual presentation of a string of Christmas-themed TV movies.

JOE: Could you babysit my kids for me (my wife Lucy expects me to but...)
MRS. CLAUS: If you're sure I'm qualified!
JOE: Thanks so much. This is my...wife Lucy.
LUCY: Nice to meet you. Can I talk with you in the kitchen, Joe?
JOE: That's just a nice lady; she'd be a decent babysitter.
LUCY: Are you sure???
