He antcipated political freedoms in China through a more mixed economy. Ive seen some speeches later in hs life, he knew it wasnt happening.

And by the way - Freidman was one of the best.
I agree with his take on capitalism all the way.
He spoke out against modern corporatism often, and is one of the reasons I myself abhor globalism/modern corporatism that destroys everything a free market is supposed to be.
