Trump wanted to pick the best and most experienced people in D.C. for his administration but ended up with far too many Swamp critters. The Swamp may be so infested with corruption that it simply can’t be drained.

ISIS was already in decline by the time Obama left office. Obama put together a coalition of local forces that the US supported with materiel, training and air support.
