All of us are wondering what could cause Trump to do a complete 180° on his initial anti-war stance. Some might say he believed there was an "imminent" threat. Some may believe that he participated in parties thrown by Epstein on his island and that he's guilty of sex crimes and was being blackmailed.

But what if he was threatened in a darker, more sinister way? There were already a couple of attempts on his life. When Charlie Kirk began to see things in a different light and wake up to some facts that were shocking or surprising to him, he was taken out in broad daylight. So perhaps someone whispered in Trump's ear and said, "if you don't play ball we're going to hurt someone in your family?"

If it turned out that he was forced to lie to us due to threats to life or limb, then I'd probably understand why he turned on America. I suppose it's possible. I'd rather think that then to think that he was always a traitor.

Tucker and Kent touched on the possibility:

I think you may be underestimating Trump's life-long relationship with organized crime and how that affects his understanding of politics?

Right, he was "forced to lie" to you.

The US president is always under threat. From within the US and from foreign countries. How many presidents have had assassination attempts against them?

Here's a wiki page.

He has some of the best security that money can buy.

The simple fact is, he invaded Iran because Israel wanted to, and for Trump, it was a great distraction from ******* under aged girls.

Yeah, there has to be a lot that we don't know. It's not a surprise that the mindless flock is going along with it, but Trump is so profoundly exposed/vunerable to manipulation that it would certainly explain this kind of about-face.
One thing I've noticed about Trump is that he's addicted to flattery. When people fawn all over him and offer him praise and acceptance, he becomes putty in their hands. Just like a Kindergartner whose fingerpainting project just got an "A" from the smiling and gloating teacher. I wonder if Trump gets so giddy for having been praised that he's blind to the manipulation behind it all.

Case in point: Mark Levin hated Trump when Trump was still "America First." But when Trump switched sides and embraced the Neocon ideology, Levin became Trump's champion defender. Now, when people oppose Levin and his Israel First stance, Trump comes to his rescue. Embarrassing, (truth be told).

So I think that could be Trump's "Achilles Heel." Toss him some candy and tell him what a good boy he is and he'll do whatever the hell you want.

Yeah, I've been watching overseas commentary during the last year, and they joke about it. Just heap on the praise and give him something shiny and gold, and you're in.

Then he's yours, until either he decides to throw you under the bus, or a competitor of yours does it better.

You can't turn on America if you never really prioritized its best interests. Don never has. When he speaks of America's greatness, its economic (he lies about the economy all the time) and military might, it's out of a need for self aggrandizement, not patriotism.

We need to stop thinking about him in normal terms. He acts in his own self interests..........ALWAYS. It never enters his mind that the US may happen to suffer the consequences. The guiding operating principle for everything he does is his narcissistic sociopathy.

One more thing. Tucker is a lover of conspiracy theories because his audience enjoys hearing them. He slings shit for money. It's the business model for what he does.

^^ Interesting insight with a ring of truth!! ^^

When I think of America's greatness, I incorporate her entire history from the Founding Fathers and their struggle against King George, onward. I consider the bantering and debate that took place during the formation of the Declaration of Independence & the Constitution/Bill of Rights.

I think of the frontiersman, pioneers, inventors, soldiers, farmers, ranchers, builders, and settlers. There's SO MUCH MORE to America than her financial status and military might. Those are results of an much greater, underlying cause. Trump is far too shallow and materialistic to notice.

You may be onto something....Netan-yahoo sent him a golden pager....A not-so-veiled threat.

He stands on the shoulders of the greatness of others. Even his wealth is not really of his own making. He's a parasite and a cancer who is taking the country down as we speak.
