Yeah, there are a few of them around. I for one don't give rats ass if Israel's government is run by white europeans, Semites, Native Americans, Chinese atheists, Basques, Muslims or any other ethnic or religious group....it's when they consider themselves "chosen by God" or having manifest destiny that isnthe problem. Most other ethnicities produced elitists, tyrants and war criminals at different times too and Israel's just happen to be Jewish. The Jewish part doesn't concern me. It's the rest that does.

Its a coordinated effort. Both parties jointly decide on where troops will be employed and who gets which jobs. The ability to oganize war is something you should always have maximum confidence in when it comes to the US military.
