Here is the spot and you can clearly see the little railing where the cops were kneeling to tend to her IMMEDIATELY after she hit the floor. The side window she was shot through on the right.

The video does not lie and it clearly shows where the armed cops were located, when she was shot.

I've pointed out multiple times to people that claim that Lt. Byrd (Capt. Byrd now since his promotion) will be charged criminally or will be dragged into Civil Court.

#1 There will be no criminal charges, he was cleared in the shooting.

#2 There will be no civil trial, because the Trump Administration paid off the family so that there would be no trial. No matter what the tell the faithful, the GOP Power Brokers DO NOT WANT a civil court case that would extend into 2026 and the Mid-Terms. The last thing the GOP Power Brokers really want is the images of J6 violence and the attack on Congress being played in the various forms of actual and social media.
