It astounds me every time two Navy ships collide.The US Military is demonstrating incompetence and unreadiness daily.
Shortly after withdrawing from Falusia.. I mean scary Minneapolis with its tail between its legs and shortly after mistaking a party balloon for a target and shutting down the El Paso airport the US Navy managed the fallout of a collision between Navy ships injuring sailors. All on the heels of losing multiple planes in the sea and the tragic military helicopter killing of an commercial airline last year.
No word on what Pete Hegseth was drinking over the last 3 days.
The US is unfit and unready. Can’t even beat Minneapolis soccer moms, fight balloons, or refuel ships.

Two U.S. Navy sailors were injured on Wednesday after a U.S. Navy destroyer and a supply ship collided in the Caribbean, military officials said.
"Yesterday afternoon, the Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyer USS Truxtun (DDG103) and the Supply-class fast combat support ship USNS Supply (T-AOE-6) collided during a replenishment-at-sea," a U.S. Southern Command spokesperson said in a statement to Fox News on Thursday.
Two personnel reported minor injuries but are in stable condition, the official said, adding that both ships have reported sailing safely.

I mean, they have radar systems which show them exactly what paths nearby ships are on. Lines are literally drawn on the screen pointing which way each dot is headed. Heading and speed information is provided onscreen for each vessel.
Every time I hear of our Navy ships hitting each other or a civilian craft, I can't help but think of this scene from Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Sure, because there were never accidents in the military before now maybe this had something to do with making DEI and the lowering of standards a priority under the previous administration not saying that is the case but it's something to consider.

More of your fake news? Those two ships were on a replenishment mission and the supply ship was operated by civilians. Your own article. Ships were close and maybe got hit with a rogue wave. And two sailors sustained minor injuries. We call that a boo-boo in the vernacular.
