Michael Moore says that Americans are not good people

Roger and Me was brilliant, it was his first, and best, film. It marked him as a real talent but he never could follow that up with anything as good as his first, although many of those that followed were very good.

For those who never saw it, it centered on Moore trying to get an interview with the CEO of GM, that is who Roger was. Moore is a native of Flint, Michigan, and this was in 1989, when GM was closing up many manufacturing plants.

I still remember going to the theater in 1989 and watching Glory and this movie/documentary was playing in one of the other theaters.

Instead the Democrats are blaming, white women, Asian men, Latinos, they resort to dehumanizing the American voters, calling them racist, homophobes, fascist, Nazis, murderers, war mongers and the list goes on and on. When will Democrats call out themselves and take blame and responsibility for not connecting to the average working class American, that has struggled for the last four years while the Democratic Party allowed the largest transfer of wealth to the already rich?
Next level delusion.

We should never elect people who hate our country and who treat the taxpayers like their slaves.->->-> Democrats

Democrats celebrating their hatred for our country.

He may be right.
Everybody is entitled to their opinion, but everybody else is entitled to disagree. One of the problems the DNP has is that too many democrats despise and denigrate those who disagree with them, and that is not conducive to attracting independent voters. Nobody likes to be insulted and nobody wants to be associated with those who insult others. Plus it pisses off the other side and the chances for any cooperation goes right down the drain.

Yes, Donald Trump does it too. Mostly to those individuals who have attacked him first. But I don't think he goes after those who vote for a democrat nearly as much as the democrats go after those who vote for Trump.

You do realize this is a guy who still believes Biden has all his mental faculties, thus he only believes his party propaganda, either that or he is a liar.

All that plus he's a gullible fool.

Maybe instead of Americans not being good people, maybe it's the democrats and their agenda/policies.

Yep, Harris got defeated by a man Democrats portrayed as dumb, misogynistic, racist, fascist, Hitler, greedy, clueless, a liar and yet they lost again. Instead of calling people that voted for Trump, traitors, racist, haters, bigots, misogynists, maybe they should humble themselves and look at themselves.

Of course if you are a Republican, they are playing right into their hands.

Growing up watching the Vietnam fiasco I knew we sucked then. It didn`t just happen and we can`t blame it on any president. It`s us. We also blew up Iraq searching for WMDs that we KNEW weren`t there. Our victims should be demanding reparations. They should have built a wall around us decades ago.

The guy is a sore loser and a reason Democrats are clueless. The fact remains no matter what people thought about Trump, being a misogynist, racist, felon, liar, fascist, Hitler, homophobe, or whatever label people gave him, they thought he was a better choice for America than Harris. Maybe they might want to look at themselves and ask why did America reject your candidate? The Democratic Party out spent the Republican Party by $600,000,000 to get their message across. What was it about Harris and the Democratic platform, did American voters, that care enough about the country to vote, reject Harris and voted for a dictator? The American voter, the country loving American voter choose, the lesser of two evils and it seems Trump, a misogynistic, racist, felon, homophobe, liar, fascist, Hitler like person was the lesser of two evils? When weighing everything, the American voter, who loves their country

It might be that Democrats who are smug, elitist, know it all, assholes who are a lot dumber than they think and can’t relate to them.

I`m a retired factory worker who is doing just fine and most people who struggle have done stupid things and caused their own problems. Do Biff and Bubba really need a 70K pickup truck to carry air 99.9% of the time or to feel manly?

Story by Scott Whitlock
Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore broke his silence about the 2024 election on Wednesday, lashing out at Americans as "not a good people" for electing Donald Trump to a second term by a wide margin.

By contrast, the progressive director and activist offered total confidence before the election, predicting Trump was "toast" against Vice President Kamala Harris.

"If you stop and think about it, we’ve come up with a lot of doozies in our history," he wrote in a post on MichaelMoore.com. "Like the genocide of 20 million Native Americans. Or the enslavement of 12 million kidnapped Africans. Or us invading Vietnam and killing 4 million Asian people for no reason at all. We are not a good people."

After saying that America has a "laundry list of evil deeds that led us directly to last week," he derided fellow citizens for picking "a 34-time convicted felon, a fascist, and a civilly-charged and convicted sexual abuser to be our 47th president of the United States."

Comment:
Michael Moore wants Americans to feel ashamed for electing Trump.
He wants us to feel bad about the European Explorers.
He wants us to feel bad about slavery.
He wants us to feel bad about Vietnam War.
But I don't.
Micheal Moore has a funny way of trying to convince more Americans to see his point of view, apparently his preferred political party didn't get their @sses kicked hard enough the last election to suit him and Mike is hoping for an even bigger shellacking next go around.

Not to mention, it looks like he's forgotten how those awful Americans have made him wealthy by buying tickets to watch his propaganda flicks ... er "documentaries". It bogles the mind how certain Hollywood types believe it's perfectly okay to berate would be customers and then turn around and expect them to buy what they're selling.

Imagine for example, the CEO of Ford Motor Company saying , "You all suck, now please buy one of my cars".

It’s all good, the Democrats have managed to lose the Presidency, House, Senate and Supreme Court, it seems to continue to work well for you all.

Yes that would be the garbage film where he invented events and timelines out of thing air to protray the affects of closing the gm plant

Also the film where he actually did interview Roger TWICE but left them on the cutting room floor to make look cowardly.

More crockumentary than documentary

Well shit, I think I need to go have a mild weep over this:

😪

OK, I'm done...very therapeutic.

So we're not a good people because we elected a President who does not believe in slavery or forced servitude or genocide or making war on anybody if there is any way possible to prevent that?

Because we elected a President who in his first term of office gave us the closest thing to world peace any of us have ever known and will do his damndest to produce that again?

We're not good people because; after all Micheal Moore has done for us we didn't vote the way Michael Moore told us to, what a bunch of ingrates we are.

I don't know about the rest of Americans but I'm anxiously awaiting Micheal Moore's next documentary wherein he pins the "genocide of 20 million native Americans, the enslavement of 12 million kidnapped Africans" and the Vietnam War on Donald Trump, should be a great one.

The Radical Left loves to play their moral supremacy games.
But they are attempting to blame the current generation of Americans for things from the past that they have no control of.
White Shaming empowers them.

On Nov 5th the American people neutered Moore and the rest of the Democrats. After we won the SCOTUS, White House, Senate and House Dems are humiliated and defeated.
