Chris Van Holland is notorious for, "OK for Democrats and not for Republicans" discussions in Congress. When Merrick Garland did it, it was great. When Todd Blanch did it, it was a crime. La ter a black woman was paying bums on the street to be registered to vote admitting she gets paid to pay them. This is illegal as it can be. She should be arrested now.
