Hardly, nothing happening today is going to decide the midterms. Too much can and will happen between now and November. Three Supreme Court cases are more likely to decide the election than any of these off year campaigns.

Actually, a lot that has happened since the elections in November will have an impact on the midterms. Healthcare costs, and inflation which will only get worse by next year, which is only 21 days from now. By the end of the first quarter, it will be to late to recover from the negative impacts, and Republicans couldn't hold on to the House if they cured cancer.
