Mexico Preparing for War Against Trump?

Sixteen percent of illegals come across the Canadian border, do we need a wall there also?
I think your number is horse shit.

Then what is the number, and aren't Canadians number one in over-staying their Visa?
Take 30 million and multiply it by 16% and then defend that number.

Defend what? Arrest, convict, and incarcerate employers that knowingly hire illegals.
Defend your claim, slick.

Arrest, convict, and incarcerate employers that knowingly hire illegals.

and....

if there is a wall ....let it be :D

I have no problem with walls!

Again! We don't need a wall. Arrest, convict, and incarcerate employers knowingly hiring undocumented.

Let's see if Trump can walk the walk. I'm not holding my breath.
Now THERE is a wonderful piece of logic ..... don't incarcerate the criminals. Incarcerate their accomplices, and let the criminals run free.

Remove the means.

I couldn't agree more!!!

1) Remove welfare for illegals.

2) Remove foodstamps for illegals.

3) Remove government healthcare for illegals,

4) Remove drivers' licensing for illegals.

5) Remove anchor baby incentive.

6) Remove voting for illegals. (You thought I'd forgotten, didn't you?)

7) Remove subsidized housing for illegals.

Now, THAT will eliminate the "means".

Oh --- one other.

8) Remove the means by which illegals enter the country. (Build the wall).

Employment is the reason they come.

How naive you are .... it couldn't possibly be anything else, right?

No. It's too make money....eliminate the money factor, eliminate the illegals.

Is it even possible for a country to declare war on the President of the United States? Mexico has a lot more to lose than Los Estados Unitos
The Mexican goverment is known for making decisions not in the long term best interest of the country. This just might be one of those times. Sure glad I'm not an American living in Mexico.
Are they going to jail US citizens?

Highly doubtful.

We've been very accommodating to those who arrive here, illegally.

Jail one US citizen and the population residing here will surely experience the same backlash tenfold.

If the US had a brain they would legalize drugs. Then the cartel has no reason to come here. Only a dupe thinks we should fight it. God you are stupid. I mean beyond stupid. Like not my fellow american stupid.

More than just Mexicans have been coming over the porous southern border.

The wall must be built!!!

I think your number is horse shit.

No it's not horse shit. It's easier to get a tourist visa to Canada than to US........ from there they can just cross the border.
Also about 482 thousand tourists from several countries violate their visa last year. That is just in one year. These people are smarter and they don't look illegals.
More horse shit. If they're that clandestine, there's no way to fathom their numbers.

And what do you have to support your opinion?

Who said anything about jailing US citizens. That would be pointless. Mexico just wants the US to protect their boarders without their help. There is no reason why Mexico should pay the US to do this. If the US attempts to extort money from them, Mexico may well make decisions that hurt both countries. Mexico is facing a downgrade of their bonds and they are essentially broke. If Nieto agreed to pay the US billions of dollars to protect their boarder, he would be impeached.

IMHO, here is what should happen. Trump should get Nieto to help the US from their side of boarder. It would be far less expensive than building a wall and it would preserve relations between valuable trading. partners.

I think perhaps there may be a hair to consider here. Mexican Drug Cartels are no doubt worried and may indeed push a war. The question is, are our border patrol agents properly prepared for them or has Obama disarmed them to the point of vulnerability?

Trump will get hanged by his own beast if he doesn't build the great wall of North America. He is a wall candidate.

Why would drug cartels want a war? Things are going pretty damn good for them now. They certainly would not want to see an interruption in their flow of drugs into the US with a sealed boarder backed by the military.

Trump is going to shut down the pipeline. Even if you don't want to commit to him being successful at it or not, the hard truth is that by all accounts shit is about to hit the fan for their lucrative cash cow.

After a 13% drop in the value of the Peso, precipitated by the Trump's election, Mexico has reiterated that they will not be paying for Trump's wall. The people were warned of very hard times are coming to Mexico.

A bill will be introduced today in the Mexican Senate to retaliate against anticipated moves against the Mexican people by Trump. This bill includes measures to: expropriate property owned by Americans in Mexico in proportion to the Trump planned blockage of up to 25 billion dollars in transfers from the US to Mexico. Expropriation can effect a million Americans living in Mexico as well business interest.

His bill also includes the automatic review of 75 treaties with the US if Trump backs out of NAFTA. These treaties contain language that provides for cooperation of the two countries at ports of entry, sharing of intelligence about criminal activity including terrorism threats, accepting deportees, and extradition. These treaties include land exchange at borders and areas of joint administration.

Attempting to calm fears, President Enrique Pena Nieto said on Twitter he was ready to work with Trump, calling the neighboring countries friends who "should continue to work together for the competitiveness and development of North America".

Yes there are a lot of Americans that own property in Mexico, most of it in the tourist districts of Mexico. Billions of dollars worth, and it's no surprise that Mexico would do this to retaliate against any actions Trump takes. Basically confiscating American owned properties or Nationalizing to stand up against a bully. It's too bad that Trump doesn't own a couple of lavish resorts and golf courses down there--that would probably stop him from doing anything.

It's really a sad day in America that Trump was elected. Hillary Clinton won the popular vote--and he won the electoral college vote which means this country is more divided than ever. It's going to be a bloody fight between Republicans and Democrats from here on out.

Actually, you're wrong ... the Dems have become irrelevant, and all the caterwauling and foot stomping isn't going to override the majorities in the Senate and the House.

I basically agree with you but I believe the biggest fight is going to be between Republicans in Congress and Trump. They just don't like him but more than that they don't trust him and for good reason. Trump's style has always been holding his cards close to his vest, trusting no one. He has said several times that his greatest weapon is his unpredictability which is the one thing congress hates. The only thing Ryan and McConnell needed from Trump was to defeat Hillary so they would have a Republican in the White House to make judicial appointments. They would much rather deal with Pence than an irascible, unpredictable Trump. If he screws up he's gone. Unlike previous presidents, Trump has limited support in congress from his own party.
