No there isn't because there can NEVER be a law against "labeling hush money as a campaign expenses".
It is common for celebrities to pay hush money and they always legally get to take it off on their taxes, since they did not get to spend it and it was not profit.

Trump obviously WAS being blackmailed, and as a person who has owned dozens of business and always does my own taxes and bookkeeping for 50 years, I can ASSURE you there is no law and can be no law dictating what bookkeeping labels you use.
The only laws on bookkeeping are in reference to what category you put them in.
You only have to break down the details if you get audited.
And Trump paying hush money most definitely is a valid cost of doing business, when one is celebrity.
It clearly was a wise investment to ensure future income.
