On the other hand, I don't find it hard to believe at all that Megan Kelly is clueless when it comes to certain aspects of American history. Even if one doesn't specifically study black history, the origins of blackface and the association to Jim Crow is "American" history, specifically, white American history.

I heard she received 64 million dollars for a 3 year contract with her current network so that alone in the minds of the majority of people means that surely she is eminently qualified in order to be paid that much, so how could she possibly be so ignorant or clueless? It happens in more professions than most people would be comfortable with.
