McConnell may not have enough votes for the confirmation

Consider this: two republican senators have already said they won’t vote before the election and expressed support for the next president to do it. Romney may follow their lead. Republicans can only afford to lose 3 senators (when Pence’s tie breaker vote is factored in).

Does that mean we get to riot for couple of weeks till we feel better
