I know a lot of TDSers who exhibit the same tendencies....plus...They all have a burning hatred of the President of the United States of America. Spare me your relative morality.

My comments are based just on Trump supporters I know. However, there has been a number of studies done about characteristics of Trump supporters because they're a rather unique bunch with more similar characteristics than people that identify themselves as conservatives, liberals or progressives or independents. In other words, you guys are a rather interesting bunch.

Most of the studies of Trump supporters come to very similar conclusions. For example almost all studies agree on the following:

1. Have authoritarian personalities which refers to the advocacy or enforcement of strict obedience to authority at the expense of personal freedom, and is commonly associated with a lack of concern for the opinions or needs of others.

2. Have social dominance orientation which refers to people who have a preference for the societal hierarchy of groups, specifically with a structure in which the high-status groups have dominance over the low-status ones.

3. Are more prejudice than other political categories.

4. Have less Intergroup contact which refers to contact with members of groups that are outside one’s own, which has been experimentally shown to reduce prejudice. As such, it’s important to note that there is growing evidence that Trump’s white supporters have experienced significantly less contact with minorities than other Americans. Researchers found that support for Trump increased with the voters’ physical distance from the Mexican border.

5. Trump supporters experience relative deprivation which refers to the experience of being deprived of something to which one believes they are entitled. It is the discontent felt when one compares their position in life to others who they feel are equal or inferior but have unfairly had more success than them.

In short, this guy (Azarian) is a pompous, arrogant, leftist, TDSer.

Normal was never mentioned in the post and there was no mention of Trump supporters being flawed. I believe however, it's certainly reasonable to claim that prejudice is a characteristic of Trump supporters (38% to 40% of the adult population). There have been at least 2 studies which showed Trump won because of racial resentment.

Show your studies then. Let's all see your proof. It's easy to claim that 'studies' show what you are claiming. Provide some links please. Let's see these studies, the population of data, questions asked, demographic polled, etc. etc. etc.

They claim that people are racist behind the veil of a 'study' mostly conducted by anti-Trump prejudice. In other words, they set out to FIND racist thinking based on a predetermined mindset. Nafta and others were poorly done from the beginning and most countries have taken advantage of them. We don't want Free Trade as it means the other countries are free to cheat us out of our shorts. Like China, steal our copyrights, manufacture the items at rock bottom prices and then sell it back to us. What we need is Fair Trade. And that is what Trump is looking to do unless it's done by a Trump Kid or one of his best buddies. Congress needs to get a handle on all this fast.

We have few statesmen, few people willing to cross the aisle and work with the other side, and fewer still who regard their political jobs as a service. McCain giggled and challenged the citizen to run for senate against him knowing it would cost the citizen a least $10,000,000 and he would have to face the MSM and Swamp. It’s difficult to watch Megan McCain standing up at the podium bawling her eyes out while talking about her father saying him being a father was his greatest role.
On the view she said she felt bad for people that didn’t have insurance because her father being sick makes that real.
And then she had the nerve to say that we just can’t afford healthcare for everybody, in other words some will just have to die.
So she saying that we will have to choose who feels the way she feels right now.
What kind of person talks like that?
