But...but...but wait until the elections Republicans.

Is the loser going to write a book and explain the loss?

The truly surprising thing is that the Democrats were unable to fabricate a couple thousand votes here, as they usually do in these situations.

Democracy rules.

No
The Loser Will Demand Recounts, Find 'Lost' Votes
Until It's Close Enough To Declare Himself The Winner
Then Show-Up In DC, And Sit Next To Franken

From the article:

After two weeks of counting additional ballots in a district that has historically provided easy victories to Republicans, Balderson was declared by Franklin County officials as the winner over Democrat Danny O’Connor, who said on Friday he called to concede to Balderson.

Even cheating democrats couldn't make it.

I knowwwwwwwwwwwwww:21: :laughing0301: my DEAR GOD what pieces of scum demrats are!
Yeah, right. It's the Democrats who cheated.

Which is why the district looks like this. Huh?

And why District 3 looks like this to fit in all the Democrats into one place.

District 3 was 200,000 to 77,000 in 2012 and 68.6% to 34.1% in 2016.

Not quite as ridiculous as District 11

This went 80% Democrat.

Congressional redistricting plan passes Ohio House, will appear on May ballot

"Republicans have controlled 12 of Ohio's 16 seats every election since GOP officials drew the maps in 2011 but only garnered 56 percent of the votes cast statewide."

Amazing how you can get 75% of the seats with 56% of the vote, and then claim it's the Democrats who cheat.

You did not complain when democrats at the federal level mandated gerrymandered districts across the Country to make black majority districts now did you?

Congrats to the GOP and the winner.

We will book mark this for the whiners in November when the Dems eak out some close wins.

I said a few weeks ago just like President Trump has changed the NATIONAL map with adding Wisconsin,Pennsylvania and Michigan to the GOP and damn near New Hampshire and Minnesota that state and local elections will probably follow suit. No surprise really.

You are right that the GOP had to work much harder and spend much more to win so narrowly a seat it won by 11 points last time.
