Depends on how high traffic your high traffic area is I suppose, but I distrust some of the plants will do as well as promoted because until they are well established, they are at risk, and they do not have time to get going good in high traffic areas. I am just putting pavers down in those high traffic areas around my house as I can afford it. It is pretty bad when you step from the deck steps to the ground so I will need to do something there as soon as spring gets around here.

I have been doing a lot of propagating this winter indoors, so I am itching for spring, but I still have a lot of outside prep work to do like finish my kitchen garden bed and make a couple more rectangle beds along the border to start planting in.

Have you thought about just plain old white clover? Or there is a thyme that is also a stepable/walkable one
