There is something about politicians speaking honestly which is really appealing. Pressured to bow to political correctness and say "my words were taken out of context" or something similar, Gaetz chooses a different approach...

President-elect Donald Trump has selected Rep. Matt Gaetz to serve as his attorney general, tapping the combative Florida Republican to the key post as Trump potentially aims to rein in the independence of the Justice Department.

In a statement on his Truth Social account, Trump called Gaetz a "deeply gifted and tenacious attorney" and said he "has distinguished himself in Congress through his focus on achieving desperately needed reform at the Department of Justice."

This nomination is the ultimate sign that Trump does not care about the country but only cares about himself.

The Attorney General is considered the people’s lawyer representing the people and the law. It is not supposed to be political and representing one side only.

Matt Goetz is on the Far Right and represents totally the bias against those that oppose the right (Democrats, Independents and every citizen of the U.S). Goetz is totally incapable of being non-partisan. There is zero doubt about this.

In fact, even the Right is not for this nomination. Here directly from FOX news:

Well, as I've been saying for a while now, only the most craven scum would sign up to work for Trump after he had the worst corrupt administration in history the first time around, with many who were stupid enough to work for him ending up scandalized, imprisoned, disbarred, etc.

Not even a Republican Senate is going to confirm a sex trafficker as the top law enforcement officer. Especially one who has sex with underaged prostitutes.
