I've looked and found that the Oil fields, the tankers, around Raqqa have been virtually intact for years.............Allowing funding to ISIS.........It is only recent that Centcom has hit them and only after the Russians came into play..............

I haven't seen anything to tell me that Raqqa is being carpet bombed to dust yet..........I've seen the many targets there and in the area hit that supply ISIS with the money coming out of there.....................which should have been targeted long ago.
