I can see your point, but if you think of the genesis of the term "woke" and how the democraps themselves manipulated the term to mean "democraps who support a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z" they basically made it mean you must support a to z to be in the club or you're out. Any ideology that demands strict adherence to a large number of prerequisite criteria is almost by definition extremism. In that instance, whether its "woke" or "based", I.and most I presume, would take issue with it. I have to think that only a small subsection are so extreme in their fidelity.
That is why so many democraTs have abandoned the democraP party recently. Well, meeting extremism in one form should not be met with extremism in the second case. People can have differences of opinion. Now if someone indeed has zero tolerance for any ideology that they deem "unpure" from their extreme views, than yes, they need to find a new employer as it violates policy. I would hope that is a.really small.subsection.
Those are the people getting fired now, those who bring their politics to the workplace and make the atmosphere toxic. Corporations are no longer afraid to fire these people and are letting them go. A lot of democraps really just don't understand that they are working for someone else to do specific things, not campaign for a political party and promote a party's political issues on the company's dime.
