The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors in Arizona, led by Chairman Bill Gates, has certified the results of the deeply flawed gubernatorial election in favor of Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, who then, as the state’s highest election official, would be in the unusual position of certifying her own controversial election.

According to the AZ election statute, Title 16, 16-452, the duties of the AZ Secretary of State and boards of supervisors, regarding elections, include conducting elections with a “maximum degree” of “impartiality.” The statute reads:

“After consultation with each county board of supervisors or other officer in charge of elections, the secretary of state shall prescribe rules to achieve and maintain the maximum degree of correctness, impartiality, uniformity and efficiency on the procedures for early voting and voting, and of producing, distributing, collecting, counting, tabulating and storing ballots. “

The same section of Title 16, 16-452, also reads:

“A person who violates any rule adopted pursuant to this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor.”

AZ state law 13-707 stipulates that class 2 misdemeanors may be punished by up to four months in prison.

Maricopa Board of Supervisors Chairman Gates has on at least one occasion expressed personal political bias against GOP candidate Kari Lake. KTAR News in Phoenix wrote in August 5, 2022:

“Republican Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates said Thursday the party may need to lose in order to move away from candidates who deny election results.”

In other words, as the state’s most powerful election official at the head of its most populous county, with over 60% of the population, Gates seemed to all but say he would be more inclined to grant candidates a fair election if they did not engage in speech he did not like. Kari Lake forcefully questions the results of the 2020 election.

Strong Evidence of Blatant Violation of Law Requiring “Maximum Degree” of “Impartiality”​

The Arizona Sun Times reports that areas impacted by tabulation machine and printer problems on election day averaged 300% more registered Republicans than Democrats. The table below lists the 70 voting centers named by Maricopa County as having tabulator/ballot printer problems .

Furthermore, the list shows that any Democrat-heavy districts, where Democrats comprised more than 50% of the registrations, were spared.

No. I understand it perfectly. I am not in a position to state with any proof whatsoever, any shenanigans took place in Arizona, and that state is responsible for its elections and who they elect. There are 15 counties in Arizona, each county responsible for running the election within their county, and I am willing to let them do it. If you could prove there was fraud, you are welcome to bring suit and prove it, otherwise you have to live with it too. Though, I guess they would tell your partisan ass to piss off, as you don't live within a thousand miles of that state and only "know" what you read on the internet.

It shouldn't be, but the ballot printing machines were not printing dark enough for the vote counters to scan them....

It stinks that something so small could cause the problem....and this should not happen, for goodness sake!

But it did, the back up plan was Box#3 drop box on the scanner, for any machine problems counting that would be hand counted, and the back up plan worked fine, 17,000 box #3 ballots were hand counted that the machine scan counters spit out.

Just 1 example: Take Atlanta, for example. When there was a "water main break", all the Republican observers are sent home. After the last ones leave, bags of ballots were pulled from from under draped tables. Ballots were placed on counting machines is 6 inch high stacks and each stack was counted 15-20 times. Stack after stack. When the Water main broke (which turned out to be clogged toilet from women flushing Kotex and Tampons), Trump was way ahead. Lo and behold, when the counting was done, !BLAMMO! a miracle had occurred. Some precincts in other states ran off Republican workers, locked the door, covered the windows and !BLAMMO!, another miracle. Many Democrat run precincts kept Republican observers from coming within 100 feet of the counting tables. All of these instances were recorded on cameras and all were shown on OANN, Fox and Newsmax. Of course, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS and NBC saw nothing suspicious. Those stations only reported the Miracles as the saw them. Those miracles were only exceeded by the Parting of the Red Sea, Jesus turning water into wine and Miracle On Ice. Millions will go to their graves, knowing that the 2020 election was not stolen but brutally raped. 306 - 232 my aching butt!
