Somehow my original thread got deleted and am unable to locate it from my phone. Anyway here we go. This is a great article laying out the facts about how Rubio is not eligible for Article 2 Section 1 of the Conztitution.

The Supreme Court of the United States has never applied the term “natural born citizen” to any other category than “those born in the country of parents who are citizens thereof”.

Rubio's parents were not citizens when he was born. He is a statute citizen. A statute citizen (bestowed by mans pen) can never be made into a natural born citizen (bestowed by God/nature).

From Rep. John Bingham, father of the 14th Amendment:

"Every human being born within the jurisdiction of the United States of parents not owing allegiance to any foreign sovereignty is, in the language of your Constitution itself, a natural born citizen.” (Cong. Globe, 39th, 1st Sess., 1291 (1866))"

Again, Rubio's parents were not naturalized U.S. citizens when he was born and had not taken the oath of allegiance.

Drinking water does not make someone ineligible to run for president.

Not this shit again. Rubio is eligible to be President though I don't think he will get the nod. Give it a rest already.

He is eligible based on what? Both his parents were not U.S. citizens and had not taken the oath of allegiance.

Those brown and black people just never seem eligible to you, what?

I am truly surprised to read this.

Tell me, how is that shock therapy working out for you?

Maybe not, but being dumb and having ears like an elephant should.
You gotta be a ******* idiot. The guy is not even in the "ring" and you already attacking his personal appearance. You probably have a small dick to keep your focus on larger things.

Sorry but that ship sailed with Obama. His daddy never became a US citizen, only one of all the presidents parents who did not.

Andrew Jackson, both immigrants from Northern Ireland.

Thomas Jeffersons mother, from England, Buchanan and Arthur, both had Irish Fathers.

Herbert Hoover and Wilson had mother born in another country

The following would seem to hold true for Obama

On the Meaning of Natural Born Citizen - On the Meaning of Natural Born Citizen

All the sources routinely used to interpret the Constitution confirm that the phrase “natural born Citizen” has a specific meaning: namely, someone who was a U.S. citizen at birth with no need to go through a naturalization proceeding at some later time. And Congress has made equally clear from the time of the framing of the Constitution to the current day that, subject to certain residency requirements on the parents, someone born to a U.S. citizen parent generally becomes a U.S. citizen without regard to whether the birth takes place in Canada, the Canal Zone, or the continental United States.2×

There you go. You just knocked him out with REAL information.

I think it would be fitting in today's democrat world if a Cuban took another black man's job.

You must be kidding. What a waste of time.
My op and facts are correct.

Nope. The Law of Nations didn't include any mention of 'natural born' anything until about 10 years after the constitution was ratified. Leaving English common law as the only plausible (and probable) basis for the founders understanding of 'natural born'.

Which includes anyone born in the US, even to aliens. Exactly as the Supreme Court and the Congressional Study on the matter found.
