When the Lakers were at the Forum, I used to go to games. There would be blacks in front of the liquor store willing to sell $200 worth of food stamps for $100. They hit everyone that walked inside. They would say "Want to buy some food stamps? I'll give you a deal" Then jump in their brand new SUV with spinners on it or something similar.
