Man kills Mississippi Waffle House employee over smoking policy
"A Mississippi Waffle House customer shot and killed an employee early Friday after she has him not to smoke, police said.
Biloxi police Sgt. Donnie Dobbs said a call was received about the shooting at 1:11 a.m. The customer, Johnny Max Mount, had argued with an employee after being told that he couldn’t smoke, Dobbs said.
"He pulled out a handgun and shot her in the head," Dobbs said.
The woman died on the way to the hospital, he said."

Shouldn't smoke indoors where people are eating. Lifelong smoker myself and current pipe smoker only, I can't stand being around people smoking if eating.
