WEFIf the economy is great, why don’t Americans believe it is great?
If America was doing as good as the gaslighters say, then Briben would be much more popular.
Why do Americans believe the economy is bad?
BECAUSE IT IS!!!
They are correctThose people are wrong.
They go to the grocery store and see that food costs are up sharply from just a few years ago, and not coming down. They go to the gas station and see that gas prices are up sharply from just a few years ago, and not coming down. They go to their second job that they had to take just to keep up with the bills, then they see the talking heads on the news going on about how wonderful the economy is doing and how happy they should be.Majority of Americans wrongly believe US is in recession – and most blame Biden
Exclusive Harris poll for the Guardian shows 55% believe economy is shrinking, in troubling sign for president’s re-election bidwww.theguardian.com
- 55% believe the economy is shrinking, and 56% think the US is experiencing a recession, though the broadest measure of the economy, gross domestic product (GDP), has been growing.
- 49% believe the S&P 500 stock market index is down for the year, though the index went up about 24% in 2023 and is up more than 12% this year.
- 49% believe that unemployment is at a 50-year high, though the unemployment rate has been under 4%, a near 50-year low.
Its puzzling but perhaps it proves the powerr of right wing misinformation. It also illustrates
the stupidity of many American voters. Perhaps if they paid more attention to the economy and less to banning books and stringing up trannys they might have more informed opinions.
Anyway it looks like many of them are about to make an act of nationa lself harm.
Yiou are full of shit.Unemployment down. Growth up.How can that be misunderstood.
I had my midd clouded just last night by a particularly good IPA.But why do they need to when it would only cloud their midds.
Yet, we have these non-sentient posters who only believe what their masters tell them and not what they can observe directly.Every time Americans go to the grocery store they CURSE Joe Biden. FJB has become a national battle cry this election!!
Actually, they need to stop listing to crude A.I that has been programmed to day all the things you say.Americans need to stop listening to Republican lies.
Everywhere I go I see people buying stuff and eating out.
Funny that Trumpers can’t acknowledge the facts in the OP but try to deflect with bullshit about global warming
In California, in order to cripple small business, Gavin Newsome just raised the minimum wage to 20 bucks an hour.Really, people are still eating?
You're a fucking moron.
Yes, many will still vote for President Biden.Majority of Americans wrongly believe US is in recession – and most blame Biden

President Biden is responsible for the massive, unbelievable spending. As President Obama's Chief of Staff said, "Never let a good crisis go to waste". Well, the President and his handlers, sure took that to heart. The only explanation I can imagine is that inflation was terribly destructive and terribly disruptive (clearly), and people are blaming Biden for it on a variety of levels.
Never mind that the inflation jump was inevitable. Americans just don't get into the details by and large (although I don't think that's just in America).
Bottom line, we get what we deserve. If we're not going to worry about details, then too bad.
LOL Do you really think telling voters they are stupid is a good campaign strategy?Majority of Americans wrongly believe US is in recession – and most blame Biden

Which are, of course, the very expenses that hit poor people the hardest.Yes, many will still vote for President Biden.
"Stupidity of American people", You obviously learned your flair for words from Hillary.
How stupid must people be to believe we're in a recession just because they can't afford groceries, housing, and energy all in the same month?
Are you talking about the Biden Russian collusion? It's pretty weird you're trying to blame anyone for something that isn't happening.
It seems you missed the point.
The costs of comforts, eating out, fast food, movie theatres, motels, cruises, sports, vehicles, fuel to travel and anything related has gone up far more than before Joe. We are not even talking everyday living with food, renting and purchasing homes and the bills that come with it. So, if you have it, it affects you less. If you do not, you are affected.Real inflation is about 30 percent. We see it everyday. The regime pumps out the smoke and mirrors.
But the Democrats are all about the little guy!!!The costs of comforts, eating out, fast food, movie theatres, motels, cruises, sports, vehicles, fuel to travel and anything related has gone up far more than before Joe.
