Mueller's main purpose is to cover up FBI/DOJ corruption done by the Obama administration spying on TRUMP. All one need do is look at the selective oversight Mueller allows, while blocking any oversight that could expose the corruption claiming reasons of national security.

Just look at the response to TRUMP replacing Session with Whitaker. The calls were for Whitaker to recuse himself over public comments with the claim he would be politically biased, yet the same standard was not made regarding top levels of the FBI/DOJ, Stokz, Page, McCabe, Rosenstein were somehow all able to secretly discuss plans of wearing a wire to record TRUMP and insurance plans to prevent him from becoming POTUS. Team Mueller can block Whitaker interfering simply by claiming obstruction.
