Luther Vandross dead at 54

Today is a sad day in the world of contemporary music with the passing of one of the great voices of our time, Luther Vandross. His wonderful love songs and sultry, passionate delivery were particular favorites of my sister and I. Vandross sold more than 25 million albums lit the fires in many a budding relationship.
