Nobody has been found guilty of burning down my house. That doesn't make it legal. The law is there to define illegal actions, even if nobody has ever been found guilty of that specific law in that specific situation.

Not only are some laws good and some bad, crooked DAs, AGs and prosecutors have WIDE latitude on who they will indict. You either are stupid and don't know this, or you're not stupid and are just ignoring the fact.

Americans are supposed to have equal protection under the law. That means you can't target one person for a "crime" that nobody else has been charged with ever! That's selective prosecution and is EXACTLY what was done to Donald Trump!
