My "point"...something that our entire legal system is based on...is that people are perceived as without guilt until they've been proven to do something. You've assumed that Babbitt was going to physically attack Mike Pence therefore it was OK for someone to shoot her without warning yet there is not a single example of ANYONE in that crowd harming a single member of Congress! Those protesters spoke about stopping what they perceive to be an illegal certification of an election won by fraudulent means...they wanted to get inside of the Congress to stop that...not kill members of Congress. You on the left need to push this narrative that the very lives of members was in dire peril because you need an excuse for why someone shot and killed an unarmed protester. My "point" is that Ashli Babbitt never needed to die! That wasn't a crowd that was out for blood. That was a crowd that was out to STOP an election from being certified! You have absolutely no way of showing that if they HAD entered the House floor that they would have done anything other than mill around, congratulate themselves and take selfies! You have absolutely no way of showing they wouldn't have let members of Congress walk through them to leave just as those Police officers at the door were allowed to leave!
Did Babbitt die of a self induced drug overdose? No she was an unarmed female protester trying to disrupt the certification of what she deemed was an sham of an election. So why is that an unarmed conservative protester can be shot and killed for breaking a window and not a single liberal protester was shot and killed despite violent riots all over the country lasting months?

The Coroner's report disagrees with you, Notfooled. Floyd had lethal amounts of drugs in his system...drugs which cause an inability to breath. Which makes perfect sense since George Floyd was complaining about not being able to breathe even before he was taken to the ground after he refused to let them put him in a squad car.
