Liz Cheney Referred For Criminal Prosecution

Again, who led the House Committee.
The US House of Representatives, as part of the US Congress…who’s powers came from the people via the US Constitution

And who leds the committee.

I’m not sure how more clear I have to be.

Sad you don’t understand basic civics
Who led the republic committee that you cite as evidence of something.

She was deposed three times. After she spoke with Cheney, she changed her story.
She and Cheney colluded to concoct that b******* story ... Liz Cheney is ravaged with TDS she's a sad case really

Hilariously so stuupid

In her last act of desperation she endorsed Kamala Harris ..sad

Look, imo the prosecutions of Trump were absurd, UNLESS there was evidence he was connected to the mob's decision to invade the capital. (Although lobbying for GA's election folks to "find" more votes could be a crime as well .... if the dems could spin "finding" as "creating" votes. But imo that's a stretch)

But like it or not, Cheney was legally elected and legally placed on the committee.

Invading the capital is perfectly legal in a democratic republic.
It is clearly an expression of political speech, and therefore protected.
It would only have been illegal if it lasted 2 weeks and had interfered with the inauguration.

Whether or not Cheney was legally elected and placed on the committee, the actions of the committee were illegal since the occupation of the capital for a few hours cannot be claimed to be an insurrection as Cheney claimed.
That was a misuse of power.

No it is not perfectly legal. In any nation. It is not a form of experssion it is an act of initiating violence

Wrong.
It can never be illegal in a democratic republic for the public to occupy its own property, like the capital building.
When the public is ignored by Congress, then the public has the right to occupy their own structures, so ensure their voice is heard and their will recognize.

The only "violence" was by the police who illegally murdered several unarmed people.
