Liz Cheney Referred For Criminal Prosecution

Notably, I asked you what the actual evidence was and you were not capable of doing so.
“Liz Cheney could be in a lot of trouble based on the evidence obtained by the subcommittee, which states that ‘numerous federal laws were likely broken by Liz Cheney, and these violations should be investigated by the FBI.”

Marener
Issued by committee chair Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA-11),the 128-page report found regarding Cheney, “This secret communication with a witness is improper and likely violates 18 U.S.C. 1512. Such action is outside the due functioning. The Federal Bureau of Investigation must also investigate Representative Cheney for violating 18 U.S.C. 1622, which prohibits any person from procuring another person to commit perjury.”

Joe Biden who should not have even had them at home in the first place... only a sitting president can have documents at home not a VP or a senator...
Biden actually had more classified docs, much more, than the FBI found at Mar A Lago.

I’m aware they communicated, but your claim is that Cheney told Hutchinson what to say. What is the evidence for that specific claim.

Saying they communicated is one thing. Claiming to know the content of that communication is FAR different.

Where did you get your knowledge of the content of that communication?

Trump was not a sitting president when the FBI raided his house and found the documents he had in his desk and closet.

But the documents were his and he declassified them and the stories that they were top secret were untrue... they had nothing to do with national security... they were photos and letters from world leaders... the media lies dude... haven't you figured that out yet?...

Cassidy had two stories... one before she spoke with Liz in private and another afterwards... she is guilty man come on... the entire J-6 committee was a fraud and just more lawfare...

And as a senator and VP just having them at home is a felony...
Or it is suppose to be anyway...
Nope. VPs have the same access to classified material as the president and those documents exist in the open in their work spaces.

No one should have any of this material after the leave office, whether they’re a senator, VP or president.

Obstructing justice and witness tampering is a felony, which is what Trump did when the DoJ was investigating him. Or it’s supposed to anyway.

The documents, according to the indictment, included details about U.S. nuclear weapons, spy satellites and the U.S. military. They were produced by the Pentagon and arms of the U.S. intelligence community, including the CIA, the National Security Agency, the National Reconnaissance Office and other agencies.

Access with presidential approval and in a secure SCIF room only... they can not take them home... only a president can do that... dude we've been over this for three years now...

Those were lies... remember the judge appointed to view the documents... he said emphatically that there were no documents dealing with national security issues....
You were lied to my friend... you shouldn't be shocked...

“She’s guilty cmon” is not the kind of evidence that results in convictions. It only works on the kool aid drinkers who are looking for an excuse to believe their master.

People loyal to Trump all had amnesia about what happened on Jan 6th, which is why her story changed. She was coached by the Trump legal team to “forget” inconvenient facts.

She had a change of heart when she no longer wanted to defend the corruption.

What was Biden's DNI's assessment of the national security threat posed by the documents?

If she is dragged into court she will be convicted... the evidence is strong and my guess is Cassidy will flip on her to remain out of court in a heartbeat...

Not according to the people who work in the vice president office. Rules are different for the president and vice president.

Not that it matters. Trump stopped being president January 20th 2021 at which point in time it was illegal for him to knowingly retain classified documents.

Convinced on what evidence again? You still haven’t figured that out. In this country, you need evidence to convict, unless you just want to go full fascist.

We haven’t even gotten to the part about speech and debate clause giving her total immunity.

Dick Cheney got in trouble for doing this... so you are wrong again.... he had to pay a huge fine and it was one document he misplaced in his home office...

You are just going around and around... you won't be convinced so we will call this the end of this conversation....
