Liz Cheney Referred For Criminal Prosecution

Well Liz isn't a republican anymore....so....you are wrong once again
The Congressional Republicans making these accusations are unethical liars.

They're making headlines and narratives. There's no substance to their little "referral".

It became corrupted the moment McTurtle said he would refuse to hold confirmation hearings for Garland.

And rammed through the appointment of the completely unqualified ACB after voting in the Presidential election had started.

Plop

Unless you have evidence of Cheney asking her to lie, there's nothing illegal about Cheney communicating with Hutchinson to get her full testimony.
well Liz can raise that defense....it's an affirmative defense, she has the burden of proof that her backchannelling to obtain perjury was lawful

which repubicans? This investigation was conducted by a bipartisan subcommittee.

Hutchinson never said she was in the vehicle, genius.

All she said is that Ornato told her about what happened in the vehicle. Ornato says he doesn't remember telling Hutchinson that. It's his word against hers.
When you repeat a lie you are not exhonorated because someone told it to you. Thats childlike fantasy you offer. Dems then used this lie to try and disqualify Trump from running because he was a maniac grabbing the wheel. It was her responsibility to have correct details before blabbering and such untruthful blabber furthered the witch hunt
You have no legs to stand on

So what if I committed a few felonies? I was going after 'HITLER'!!
:cuckoo:

Hell, Trump repeats lies all the time and he just brushes it off saying that "it's what I was told" and it's okay with you.

She was a witness who testified to what she saw and heard. She has no responsibility beyond that.

But there still isn't any proof she lied, after we correctly characterized what her testimony actually was rather than your false description.

There's no proof she lied and there's no evidence that Cheney asked her to lie.

Kind of a problem for your phony narrative.
you mean, other then all the witnesses that testified that she was lying? hahaha

Liz, throught corrupt backchannelling got her to change her testimony, and include those lies, lies Liz knew were lies, because she had the testimony of the people who were actually there.

because when Liz did so corruptly -
otherwise obstructs, influences, or impedes any official proceeding, or attempts to do so,
shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than 20 years, or both.

Except that Cheney didn’t do ANY of these things, but Trump and his staffers most definitely did.

So, by your definition, all of the people that Donald Trump was providing lawyers to, in order manage their testimony and to keep them silent, were being interfered with by Trump. Like Hutchison was when she first testified.

Shouldn’t Trump be the one facing indictment for witness tampering? According to this definition, he’s far more guilty than Cheney.

Loudermilk. It was his report. There's no indication that the Dems on the subcommittee approved of any of this.

The Supreme Court has now legalized bribery, corruption, and illegal acts, committed by a president in the performance of his duties. The current iteration of the Supreme Court was bought and paid for by Leonard Leo and his cohorts at the Federalist Society.

It has no credibility whatsoever.
The Supreme Court makes decisions based on laws and the Constitution, whether either side agrees with their decision or not. They don't decide cases based on feelings or public opinion.

Well actually she did....https://justthenews.com/sites/default/files/2024-12/Final_Report_Compiled_Working_Doc__final_locked_version_.pdf

but she'll have the chance to raise the affirmative defense that her corrupt backchannel communications, and allowing perjury was lawful.

Also, using the Heil Shitler! appointed lawyer for the do-called evidence is hilarious.

She dropped his ass because he wanted her to be loyal to a grifter ass and lie.

Ornato said she lied, but it's his word against his and Ornato does not seem like a very reliable witness as he had significant gaps in his memory, which is what Trump-world lawyers were telling the witnesses to do.

Nothing corrupt about communicating with a witness.

well he was the Chair of the biapartisan subcommittee that wrote the report and conducted the investigation, and ultimately referred the case to the DOJ for criminal prosecution.

Dems are a minority on the committee and have zero power. Show me where the Dems approved of the report and the referral.
