What occupying forces ? WTF are you blabbing about ?

You lost. Get over it

We could start with the countries that occupied Palestine over the years.
Now, who destroyed the second temple?
and does the Ottoman empire ring any bells?

Jesus, thick isn't close.
Oh yeah? How about you show us "Palestinian officials" throughout history?!

Oops! Bad question, bad question! Change subject ASAP!

The Arabs who now call themselves "Palestinian" did so in the mid 1960's. ha ha ha.

I find it so unbelievably ironic that some of the Pro - Palestinians here try to make it seem like there was no such thing as a Historic Israel or that Israel doesn't exist now when in fact, it is Palestine (as a country) and 'Palestinians' who's existence and people are the most questionable in the world !

I think this article covers it very well.

Israel didn't exist for 2,000 years.
Israel remade itself by mass immigration.

As your total inability to show a list of Israeli government over the years requested suggests; there was no Israel in that time.

Ás for the Palestinians; they were there but under occupation. One up on the Israelis who weren't there at all.

'Palestinians' were made up in the late 1960's. What's your point ?
As for the list, did you complete ignore Roudy's post, or are you allergic to the truth.

I don't care what an Israel hater thinks of how Modern Israel was created. The fact is, Israel does exist , and Palestine doesn't.

What exactly were you trying to prove in this thread, btw ?

Yes, Palestine was the name for a territory that had no internationally recognized borders, and still doesn't have any. So what's your point ?

No one is denying that thee was a piece of land called Palestine, we're just debunking the great big Arab lie that 'Palestine' was or is an Arab state .

Palestine does have international borders.

Whether Palestine is a state or not is a matter of opinion and whether it is or not is irrelevant.

Palestine does NOT have internationally recognized borders. We've been over this sooo many time, and each time, the conclusion was that....well..Palestine does not have internationally recognized borders.

As for Palestine not being a country, I was just responding to your video that suggested 'Zionist' always say 'Palestine' never existed. What they/we mean is that it never existed as a state.
Which brings me to my next question: What is a Palestinian, if there is no country or ever was a country called ' Palestine' ?

"...Palestine does have international borders..."
Indeed, it did, in 1948, before the Termination of the Mandate; more like the unincorporated vacuum that existed between incorporated States; with the vaccum ending at the border of each legitimate State surrounding that vaccum.

"...Whether Palestine is a state or not is a matter of opinion..."
Depends upon the time-frame you have in mind. During the latest time-frame, some stretch-argument can be made that (Rump) Palestine has some of the characteristics of a State.

"...and whether it is or not is irrelevant."
Whether it is or not is HIGHLY relevant, in discussions of possession or sovereignty or property rights or representation, at various stages in the history of that region.

The Palestine mandate text called Palestine a country ten times.

The UN armistice agreements mentioned Palestine many times and referenced its international borders.

You need to get up to speed.

The Palestine Mandate is discussing a potential country.

Nowhere does it say that Palestine was a country.

And the Armistice agreements mentioning Palestine is irrelevant. Doesn't make it an 'Arab State', like everyone claims it is, sorry.

And the Armistice agreements gave 'temporary borders', no official ones

Not true. The UN armistice agreements were almost a year after the end of the mandate and the international borders were still valid.

It is not relevant. The people in a defined area have full rights regardless of its political status.

Article 2

Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status.

Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Where does the mandate mention potential?

Whether it was a state or not is irrelevant.

Tinmore, they were not official, fixed borders :

The armistice agreements were clear (at Arab insistence) that they were not creating permanent borders

As the Armistice Demarcation Lines were technically not borders

The armistice lines were not temporary borders. They were specifically not to be borders at all.

Israel however, does have internationally recognized borders:

The internationally recognized border between Egypt and Israel was eventually demarcated as part of the Israel-Egypt Peace Treaty. The border between Israel and Jordan (except for Jordan's border with the post-1967 West Bank) was demarcated as part of the Israel-Jordan Peace Treaty.

The more extremist Jews, the Zionist lot allways tell us there was never a Palestine.
When you point out history, they change to, ah, but it wasn't a state and had no borders.

They totally ignore mass illegal immigration of Jews into Palestine.

Thanks for the link.

On 15 July when the Israeli Army expelled the population of Wadi Fukin after the village had been transferred to the Israeli-occupied area under the terms of the Armistice Agreement ...

Interesting that they did not say "state of Israel" in 1949.
