Libs in Worcester, Massachusetts obstruct ICE during arrest of illegal alien woman

The results are actually quite shocking. Despite deploying staff from other agencies to assist in enforcement activities and ordering active-duty military to facilitate removals at the border, daily removals have failed to reach even the levels achieved by the previous administration. Indeed, President Trump’s removal record is growing worse with time rather than improving.
Trump has had a mere 4 months. Biden had 4 years where he fought the courts to keep illegals coming in. He even had Air Force airplanes fly to pick up illegals and bring them to the USA. Biden was famous to the cartel for importing illegals.

As we noted in our initial report, Trump’s daily removals during the period of January 26-February 8 averaged just 693. This is 6.5 percent below the higher daily average of 742 under former President Biden. Now with an additional four weeks (28 days) added to the monitoring period, Trump’s daily removals for the period January 26 through March 8 averaged only 661 removals each day. This number is not only below its initial removal rate, but 10.9 percentage points lower than Biden’s daily average of 742 .
Joe, blame the Judges. The exports would be much higher except Democrats judges think they are the president.

How are poor people doing jobs Americans don't want a threat to "national security"?

Come on, this is about you not liking brown people, please don't pretend it's about anything else.
There it is. When a lefty runs out of stupid ideas ^^^.

Actually, Biden did what you guys always said they should do. If you are an immigrant, apply at the embassy for entry. The people who were flown in did exactly that.

Biden worked with the same judges and didn't violate the law, like Trump did.

Now, if you want to deport the undocumented, I'm with you. But do it legally, do it right, and make sure you are nabbing the right people.

Joe, I enjoy taking down all left wingers. I don't resent what you said above because I know very well Biden caused illegals to come on down and put up in hotels and bundles of tax money for the illegals to use. Lay off religion and stick to topics such as you did in the above.

The Biden administration's immigration policies have faced numerous court challenges, primarily focused on enforcement priorities, asylum restrictions, and programs aimed at helping undocumented immigrants. Some key issues include:
  • Enforcement Priorities:
The Biden administration's shift towards prioritizing deportations of individuals with criminal convictions or threats to public safety faced legal challenges from states like Texas, arguing it was illegal. The Supreme Court ultimately allowed the administration's policy to stand, recognizing the limitations of resources for mass deportations.

  • Asylum Restrictions:
The Biden administration's efforts to restrict asylum access, particularly through its "safe country" and "appointment-only" policies, have been met with lawsuits from immigrant rights groups and some federal judges have struck down key parts of these rules, finding them to violate the Immigration and Nationality Act.

  • Programs for Undocumented Immigrants:
Programs like the "Keeping Families Together" initiative, which aimed to expand parole in place for spouses of U.S. citizens, have faced legal challenges and have been struck down by federal judges, who have ruled that the administration overstepped its authority.

  • Title 42:
The Biden administration's attempts to end the Title 42 public health order, which allowed for the rapid expulsion of migrants, were also met with legal challenges from states like Texas, which sought to keep the policy in place.

  • Immigration Courts:
The number of new immigration court cases has seen a decline following the implementation of new asylum restrictions.

  • Other Issues:
There are also legal challenges related to issues like noncitizen voting and access to citizenship records.

Nope. Religion is a ******* plague.

If not for the religious bullshit, America wouldn't have it's current state of affairs of the investor class ******* the working class because the Republicans are right with Jesus.

We have laws saying we have to welcome those seeking asylum. the problem is, we aren't following the laws. An asylum seeker needs to get a hearing with 180 days of making their request. The lead time on it is closer to 4-7 years. (My wife waited 7 years and still never got a hearing/)

Wait, this actually, makes sense. If you can only deport a limited number of people, you want to prioritize the ones who are truly dangerous.

My life is fine, but if you can't see why wealth inequality is a problem, I'm not sure there's much I can do for you.

I'm not worried about paying more taxes than those who can't, I worry about people who can pay and won't.

What do you do about your concept of wealth inequality? It is foolish to worry about that. The wealthy citizens wealth is in two areas. Stocks and Real Estate. They also own financial instruments such as bonds. See, when I was still a Democrat, I studied the wealthy to learn what to own. So you damn those with foresight and guts to take risks!!! I won't ask you why Joe. Your callous nature won't satisfy me.

The foundation of U.S. immigration law began with the Naturalization Act of 1790, which established the initial rules for acquiring citizenship. This act set a residency requirement for new citizens and established a uniform process for naturalization. Over time, various acts have further shaped immigration policies, including the Chinese Exclusion Act, Immigration Act of 1891, Immigration Act of 1924, and the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952.

Key Milestones and Developments:
  • 1790:
The Naturalization Act established initial rules for acquiring citizenship.

  • 1882:
The Chinese Exclusion Act, a significant landmark, prohibited Chinese laborers from entering the U.S.

  • 1891:
The Immigration Act of 1891 gave the federal government direct control over inspecting and processing immigrants.

  • 1917:
The first widely restrictive immigration law was enacted, including literacy tests and a ban on immigrants from a defined "Asiatic Barred Zone".

  • 1921:
The Emergency Quota Act was passed, establishing national origins quotas for immigration.

  • 1924:
The Immigration Act of 1924, also known as the Johnson-Reed Act, further restricted immigration by establishing strict quotas based on national origin, favoring immigrants from Northern and Western Europe.

  • 1952:
The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), also known as the McCarran-Walter Act, codified existing immigration laws and established a preference system for immigrants.

  • 1965:
The Immigration and Nationality Act amendments, also known as the Hart-Cellar Act, abolished the national origins quota system, leading to a significant shift in the demographics of U.S. immigrants.

That might happen, but it is not the goal of the rich.
What would handle tax problems is to change to the same system used by 9 of our states. No income taxes. Revenue from sales taxes. Why sales?
Taxes of all kinds burdens citizens. Income taxes spurs governemtn not fearing inflation or debt. They have lost contact with the founding principles. Sales taxes does not require citizens having government poke into their business. Sales taxes don't matter if one is rich or poor. A good way to get rid of poverty is to create a system where the poor really learn to set goals and make good plans.
Imagine if you will a Government that treats citizens equally as they do at the West Point military academy.

In schools all over america rather than treat wealth as a evil, schools would benefit all Americans by treating wealth as excellent. Teach children who will learn, just the path to wealth and bingo problem solved. Schools should run like a business university runs. Such as Hillsdale College.

I understand it just fine. In my lifetime, the rich have gotten richer and the poor have gotten poorer. YOu see, we used to have a good fix on this. The rich paid high taxes, we invested in infrastructure and education, and working people got fair wages and union representation.

But this wasn't good enough for the rich because it never is, and here we are.

Joe, the founders worked hard to save this nation from people like you are. You reject the true founding principles. Your cult is a strict controlling government. I see why you are a Democrat.

The Founders were a bunch of slave-raping twats who didn't want to pay their fair share in taxes. If they had lost, we'd all be Canadians today and better off for it.

That might happen, but it is not the goal of the rich.

Sadly, it is. The rich aren't satisfied with enough, they always want more.

What would handle tax problems is to change to the same system used by 9 of our states. No income taxes. Revenue from sales taxes. Why sales?

Or we go back to what we had before Reagan, where the rich paid their fair share.

In schools all over america rather than treat wealth as a evil, schools would benefit all Americans by treating wealth as excellent. Teach children who will learn, just the path to wealth and bingo problem solved. Schools should run like a business university runs. Such as Hillsdale College.

No, the last thing this country needs is more greedy twats. The ones we have are doing enough damage.

In my lifetime, the rich have gotten richer and the poor have gotten poorer.
Let me risk by giving you examples. Of course the rich get richer. But do the poor get more poor? Depends on the poor and not on the Rich. If one is poor, how can one get rich?

Joe, do high schools teach how to get rich? Why don't they Joe? Is poor a blessing?
How about rich? Is that a blessing? What keeps a person poor?

I will tell you in simple words.

No interest in advancing.
No study of how to get rich.,
No ability to set concrete goals and plan to work the plans to success.
Wants wrong things. Such as people I know who make a lifelong habit of doing wrong things. With your despising the rich, you have no plans to get rich. And you won't either get rich.

You do not get rich by paying high taxes. Government is not your pal.

You sound like a huge Bernie Sanders fan.

Do you understand Joe that in the United states, while you plead for the poor, some of the poor are now well on the way to getting rich. Why do you object?

Guy, Greed is not a virtue, it's a sin.

Jesus (the real one, not the one Joseph Smith made up riding an elephant in the Americas) said,
"It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get into the Kingdom of God!"
