Liberals sue to stop children from learning about God

And what about parents that can’t afford private school?
Then you need to understand that your religious belief is not as important as another family who doesn't believe the same as you. Public schools are funded by public dollars. If you want the Bible in school, then you open the door for the Koran, the Book of Mormon, Scientology, and so forth. So, to be fair, no religion in public schools. But, there are plenty of Churches that you can attend, that DO support your belief. You can also, take on the responsibility and teach your faith to your family.

Also, there are how many different denominations that have varying interpretations. You then leave yourself up to your child hearing teachings from someone that believes in reformed theology vs arminianism, or baptist vs methodist.

Again you repeat yourself because you have no argument.

I already said I approve them teaching a little about other religions, to show how they are false.
Seriously, you do realize that public schools can hire teachers of every faith. This is a very ignorant statement. This approach would leave a school district up for civil suits and discrimination suits.
It is still up to each individual to decide what to believe. You are against that because it challenges your gods, the state, atheism, and paganism.
Then you have your own place of worship to be around those of equal faith. I don't know the number, but I would imagine there are more church buildings than school buildings. Why would you want your faith being taught by teachers who's job it is to teach core educational principles.

Christians, maybe should take the example of Jesus that is represented in the NT. Have you EVER read where Jesus sided with any political or religious sect? No, you didn't. When the Jewish leaders tried to entrap him, politically on where to pay taxes, Jesus said "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's and give to God, what is God's". In fact, Jesus also literally "flipped the tables" on the current theocracy of the time. The religious hypocrisy is what truly angered him, not the Roman rule over Israel.

Christian's are admonished to do adhere to their current governments from Paul, and are advised that all leaders are put in place by god. There is not one decree or teaching that pushes Christian's into politics. If you try and use the O.T. for cause, you're completely misguided and do not understand how the Jewish, O.T. Covenant, was no longer valid, thus invalidating any need for Christian's to try and harmonize Jewish Scripture with that of the letters from Paul and the Gospels.

Today, the rhetoric coming from the religious right is not Jesus centered, at all. It based on this notion, that God somehow blesses "nations" based on their faith and adherence to "scripture'. This is idea is an antithesis to the the teachings of Christ, Paul, and the NT authors. Paul understood that the Covenant between the Jews and God, was over. No longer did a nation need an intercessor (The priesthood) to represent them before god. Jesus became the ultimate priest and sacrifice. This was represented in the tearing of the veil in the Temple. Salvation is now no longer for only Jews, but to the gentiles. And now, man no longer needed the priesthood. This is why every man and woman can work out their own salvation, with God, with fear and trembling.

Sorry for the long diatribe and I will answer your last question. Using the example of Christ, you don't vote. Instead, you let your love of God and Man and Woman drive your actions so that your actions shape your family, community, state, and country. Be the example that creates change through love, and if change is brought about by love, you win.

Did I bring up politics? Nope.

We used to be a country where both sides were Christians and appealed to God.

But in the last several decades, it is clear one party has abandoned God and are in fact against God, particularly Christians. You’ll notice the same people that attack “the Christian right” always support Jews and radical Muslims.

I am well aware of Jesus teachings and actions. He “flipped the tables” at the temple because those fake Jews had long forgotten God and were there just to make money.

Jesus commanded his disciples to spread the Good News to all corners of the earth. Who are the ones trying to stop that? Republicans or Democrats? Be honest.

I realize that, and that is a real problem. Multiculturalism is very detrimental to society and this is a good example. If we were a true Christian nation we shouldn’t allow non-Christians to teach children. There is a reason God gave the Hebrews over 600 commandments, many of them were about not intermingling with surrounding pagan cultures because it would taint them and lead them away from God.

Whose god, Lenny? And why would we force your religion on public school kids? Mandatory bible study is christian nationalist bullshit.
Exactly. Religious education belongs in the home and the houses of worship

Of course children should be taught about God. Yet these liberals want to deny our children the opportunity to learn about God. Our Founding Fathers must be turning over in their graves.

---A group of Oklahoma parents of public school students, teachers and ministers filed a lawsuit Thursday seeking to stop the state's top education official from forcing schools to incorporate the Bible into lesson plans for students in grades 5 through 12.---

Send them to church.

Wow, just wow. How do you then justify Paul, teaching to the Gentiles? I can't believe, as someone who claims belief in Jesus, you said what you just said.

Because the disciples were commanded by Jesus to spread the word about Him.

Jesus will be the ruler of ALL nations, that means the gospel must be spread to all nations. What are nations? People with their own culture. God believes mankind should have different cultures and nations. In order for them to be distinct from each other they should not destroy each other. They should preserve their culture and also worship God.

How can you be against this?

Of course children should be taught about God

This is why public education has no competition and is a complete disaster.

The Left loves dumb Americans and homos, and that's what public education produces.

The IQ<5 Pro Israel Christian "leaders" need DUMBFUCKS because only DUMBFUCKS believe the STUPID FUCKING BOOK. That is why W and the TN state legislature and other PRO ISRAEL RINOs oppose SCHOOL VOUCHERS, because they NEED DUMBFUCKS to fill the pews.

The IQ<5 Pro Israel Christian doesn't understand SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE and insists on packing the Bible in public education, which is going NOWHERE because the COURTS WILL ALWAYS BLOCK IT.

And here we are. WE don't have SCHOOL VOUCHERS because the PRO ISRAEL RINOs want Americans really REALLY STUPID.

The Communist infestation that started many decades ago are the ones making the laws and judgements on this. So, believing you is not a factor.
There is nothing that anyone needs to believe about the matter. The Established clause in the 1st. Amendment is not an opinion.

Children should be taught the truth, and the truth is there is one God who created heaven and earth.

The state religion of atheism teaches that man comes from atoms from chemical reactions alone, which is a fallacy and lie.
As a lifelong Christian I dispute this. There are many differing religions so if one is taught all have to be taught. We are not a theocracy thankfully. Those cannot work.

There is no modern theocracy. There is no modern Christian nation. There is no modern Muslim nation. It's all medieval shit. We already been there, done that where every aspect of life was controlled by religion. We call it the dark ages. Modern nations are secular.

There is no “separation of church and state” in the Constitution. Total fabrication by lying leftwing Satanic types.

Amendment I

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

In Lemon v. Kurtzman (1971), the Court established the Lemon test to evaluate laws potentially violating the establishment clause. This test required a statute to:

  1. Have a secular purpose
  2. Neither advance nor inhibit religion
  3. Not result in excessive government entanglement with religion
The test was later modified in Agostini v. Felton (1997), combining the last two prongs.

Justice Sandra Day O’Connor introduced the endorsement test in Lynch v. Donnelly (1984), proposing that government actions should not endorse or disapprove of religion. This test aimed to ensure that citizens would not feel marginalized due to governmental acts.

The neutrality test emerged from cases involving government funds and religious groups. In Zelman v. Simmons-Harris (2002), Ohio’s school voucher program was deemed constitutionally permissible as it was neutral concerning religion.

Only because you say so. You are wrong, very wrong.
