There's also the fact that a growing number of liberals, as the left gets more and more radicalized, view our founding fathers as dishonorable, if not evil, even to the point of calling for the renaming of all schools named after George Washington, James Madison, and George Mason because were slaveholders.

My doubt is based on 60 years of living and being around people from all walks of life. I've heard no liberal say that, but in here there are conservatives wishing the confederacy won the civikl war.

The founders who owned slaves should not be honored. If you have a problem with people saying that, then you're a fucked up human being.
