at the time the Constitution was written "well regulated" meant "well trained"....and it doesn't say that the government is responsible to train them...

If you read 10 USC Sec. 311 (That's Title 10 of the U.S. Code, Section 311, subtitle A part chapter 13) you'll find this:

(a) The militia of the United States consists of all able-bodied males at least 17 years of age and, except as provided in section 313 of title 32, under 45 years of age who are, or who have made a declaration of intention to become, citizens of the United States and of female citizens of the United States who are members of the National Guard.

In other words, if you have a penis, you ARE the militia!

Senator Feinstein's conceal and carry permit will give her peace of mind. Why does should she get to have that while law abiding citizens are denied? The courts disagree. The Supreme Court ruled that in order to be protected by the second a weapon must be in common use amongst the military. And they further ruled one need not be a member of an organized militia to have a personal right to keep and bear arms. Do keep up.

The Second Amendment has nothing to do with hunting or personal defense. It has to do with the People of America maintaining a military force for the sole purpose of overthrowing a government that becomes too tyrannical. That is the 100% documented, non-debatable intent of the Second Amendment.
