I agree with his statement, I can't imagine any governor of any state would welcome the legislative chaos that comes with radical conservatives sabotaging the political process for their own narrow purposes. Tea party type state level politicians make similar statements concerning the "librul socialist agenda" every time they get near a microphone but I guess that's just peachy.
It's one thing to bash a left wing social agenda or right wing social agenda, but Cuomo went after people that aren't necessarily at the end of either side of the spectrum. Being a pro lifer or a gun lover doesn't mean you're a radical anything. Can you imagine if a Republican said if your pro choice we don't want you in the State?
They say things to that effect all the time but you know we are not talking about republicans here, we are talking about the fringe TP assholes who are being quite difficult in every state they have been elected in. Go back and read the quote again. Republicans are fine, they seem to be satisfied to work within the system and maybe every now and then compromise on the important stuff, but not the radical TP people, they are looking to take government down from within like some sort of horrible parasitic disease..
