Lets Understand Why Trump Sending Those Guys to El Salvador is Illegal

Lets Understand Why Trump Sending Those Guys to El Salvador is Illegal

But lets also understand why IQ-2.0 not seeing the correctness of punishing illegal immigrants, is a symptom of his serious mental health condition and sad illness .

Second and third

The court has spoken. Due process was not given. The act Trump used didn't apply. So stop looking for excuses and recognize that the president is violating the law.
The court specified "due process?"

Prove it.

Another dumb false equivalence.
LoL!

That's all you've got?

You are seriously suggesting that only Trump has to give due process to violent illegal aliens before deporting them?

Trump invoked the 1798 Alien Enemies Act to deport those people to El Salvador. The problem with this is that the Act didn't cover this situation.

The Alien Enemies Act: What to know about a 1798 law that Trump has invoked for deportations

What is the Alien Enemies Act?

In 1798, with the U.S. preparing for what it believed would be a war with France, Congress passed a series of laws that increased the federal government's reach. The Alien Enemies Act was created to give the president wide powers to imprison and deport noncitizens in time of war.

Since then, the act has been used just three times: during the War of 1812, World War I and World War II.

It was part of the World War II legal rationale for mass internments in the U.S. of people of German, Italian and especially Japanese ancestry. An estimated 120,000 people with Japanese heritage, including those with U.S. citizenship, were incarcerated.

We are not at war with Venezuela. Therefore Trump had no right to do this.

Those being deported entered this country ILLEGALLY !
That is their CRIME !
Providing a paid ride in deportation is more than they deserve.

If it were my call, they wouldn't be going to Venezuela; rather would be going to a remote, uninhabited island at about 87 degrees North Latitude.

Legality is no longer an issue.

Point out any of this administration's actions as illegal or possibly illegal, and you get the WHY DON'T YOU WANT TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN drama queening.

Because, as we know, there is only one (1) way to make America great again, and that's by ignoring its laws, attacking anyone who brings them up, and quietly bending over for our new neofascist state.

Don't worry. The billionaires know what's best for us.

Both Joe Biden and Barrack Obama bragged at times during their administrations about how many illegal aliens they were deporting, claiming numbers larger than Trump's current numbers.

Did each and every one of those persons those two Democrats deported get due process?

Please run away from the question and I'll make it a thread for all, and mention your running away.
Yes, some did receive DUE PROCESS. Unfortunately this administration decided to deport, under a judge's order temporarily blocking the deportation.

but "this guy" and possibly more did not receive "Due Process". This guy was documented and seeking Asylum...

Why don’t you understand that those guys being in the US is illegal? They had no right to break our immigration laws and then commit violent crimes and threaten the security, welfare, and rights of US Citizens.

You people put your hatred of Trump above the welfare the United States.

The demented LEFT continue to LOUDLY declare that this is the hill they want to die on.
Support for dangerous CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS over the American People.
Opening the borders to flood this country with ILLEGAL ALIENS.
FLYING IN foreigners to flood the country.

Now these LUNATICS are screaming about deporting CRIMINAL ILLEGAL ALIENS.

Keep it going, idiots. EVERYONE is listening..... ☠️

No"

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That it shall be lawful for the President of the United States, whenever he may deem it necessary (for the public safety, to order to be removed out of the territory thereof, any alien who mayor shall be in prison in pursuance of this act; and to cause to be arrested and sent out of the United States such of those aliens as shall have been ordered to depart therefrom and shall not have obtained a license as aforesaid, in all cases where, in the opinion of the President, the public safety requires a speedy removal.

All of them got DUE PROCESS, under Trump AND the Democrats. You are misunderstanding the term. You think due process means a full jury trial, public defender, multiple appeals, etc. as if they were American Citizens charged with crimes.

That is not the process due to illegal aliens.

Expedited removal allows immigration officials to quickly deport individuals who are determined to be inadmissible or deportable without a full removal hearing before an immigration judge.

but "this guy" and possibly more did not receive "Due Process". This guy was documented and seeking Asylum...

"His mother and brother insist?" That's your proof?

This must really be hard work for you guys, twisting and turn to never admit being wrong, when you so often are.

It isn't true, but if it were true that he is just a poor hardworking barber, so what? He was in the country illegally, and slated to be deported according to your own article:

He was subsequently released by a Texas judge last April on the condition that he wore an electronic bracelet to monitor his movements before he could be repatriated to Venezuela, she said, only for ICE to arrest him again on February 6 this year.

So, he was in court. He got his day in court. That's his due process. Don't you TDS folk ever get tired of looking dumb all the time?

You know what? Being a barber requires a license in every state I imagine. Texas for sure because I live here. He was a barber in Texas and we know his name because we know who his mother is? What's his licence number?

Or . . . is he an "undocumented barber?"

:laughing0301: :auiqs.jpg:

It's too bad if he is not a gang member and got caught up in the sweep. But he should have listened when Karoline Leavett warned ALL illegal aliens to self-deport, to avoid this kind of thing, and to have a chance to come into the country legally after going through the process and waiting in line like honest immigrants. His mamma should have told him to do that.

This is the problem the judge created that ordered them to take illegals out of Gitmo. He would still be in American hands and at least have human rights as Americans understand them.

Exactly where does the act say you must be at war with and adversary for a country to be an adversary, which Venezuela is.

.

No we are not at war with Venezuela, we’re at War with gangs who have entered America illegally.
Let’s be clear, we are also in a battle with BHL, AKA Bleeding Heart Liberals such as yourself, my suggestion is we send you with the next batch and see how you feel after that…
Only Congress can declare war. The last time was in 1942.
