Just out of curiosity, how in the hell do you arrest a state? That makes zero sense, but then again, that is what I expect out of you. The people that run the guns have a clean record, which is why they can buy the guns to transport and sell. And, if it wasn't for the gun runners, those felons who were let out of jail on gun charges probably wouldn't have gotten ahold of them.
