Let's be clear about trump's dual motivations.

If trump was able to prove his innocence he wouldn't be going after the prosecutors and his critics. But he can't...........because he's guilty.

Whoa. WHOA.

Trump has to PROVE his innocence?

WOW. That is a shocking admission.

A major violation of his rights....

Yes, exactly. In any communication, particularly when addressing a problem, realities have to be similar. Definitions have to be similar. If they're not, the communication is doomed.

I can handle arrogance and I can handle ignorance. Hell, we ALL have our moments. But arrogant ignorance? Dunning-Kruger? No. For whatever reason, it rubs me the wrong way.

Remember when the reality was, that the laptop was russian disinformation?

Hey, or what about that time that Trump said that w.s. were "Very fine people"?

lol.

  • Obviously, one is seeking revenge against those who had the audacity to speak out about his crimes/corruption (Schiff), resist it (Comey), or prosecute it (James, Willis).

But is that the only one? From the first impeachment to the more recent indictments brought by Jack Smith Don has tried to make the case, over and over, that........"I did nothing wrong."

It appears he believes if he can assassinate the character the people on his enemies list his claims of being victimized will be vindicated. It's essentially an exercise in revisionist history. More importantly, it's a substitute for his inability to show he was unjustly prosecuted. Because, as always, the facts are not on his side. Leaving smears against his detractors is all he has.

The problem for trump, and his followers, is Adam Schiff's guilt or innocence for mortgage fraud has no bearing on the accuracy of the criticisms directed at trump. Fani Willis's affair with someone in her office does not make trump and his co-conspirators innocent of the charges they faced in GA.

Pursuing Jim Comey for alleged false statements under oath in congressional testimony does not erase trump's corrupt pressure campaign to get Comey to leave Mike Flynn alone.

Accusations that Jack Smith is a "mean nasty guy".......

........do nothing to change the events surrounding the plot trump orchestrated to steal the 2020 election or his refusal to comply with a subpoena for the return of classified docs.

So I implore trump fans not to take your eyes off the ball. He is playing a shell game of distraction. An attempt to get the conversation off inflation he promised to fix, the war in Ukraine he promised to stop, and the Epstein files he refuses to release. And of his guilt for the charges he has faced.

You know Trump is the greatest asset that democrats have in the Republican Party, he’s like the Bushes.

Look what he setting the stage for once you regain control:
  • FBI as badly corrupted as Wrays
  • Illegals still vote in elections overseen by Venezuelan vote flipping machines
  • Pam Bondi making a gun owner database
  • Trump leaving the entire Democrat Administration/NGO/Jihad infrastructure completely intact
  • Education system indoctrination from pre K to college
  • Jade Helm activated. Image federal troops hunting down non compliant gun owners
  • Palantir social credit architecture almost totally in place
  • Trump will take the fall for US dollar losing reserve currency
Stop complaining about a guy working overtime to keep democrats competitive.

In terms of dealing with the Republic’s existential threats, there no real difference between Trump and Kamala

Thanks for pointing out some of the lawfare used against Trump.

It isn't a shocking admission that he's going after his prosecutors (and other adversaries) because he is guilty of the crimes he was charged with. It's reality.

Your idea that he has to prove his innocence is a massive violation of his civil rights.

YOu are a marxist asshole.

So you're saying Jim Comey and Letitia James's civil rights are being violated?

Evidence appears to undercut claims against Letitia James, prosecutors found: Sources

Prosecutors who investigated New York Attorney General Letitia James for possible mortgage fraud found evidence that would appear to undercut some of the allegations in the indictment of James secured earlier this month -- including the degree to which James personally profited from her purchase of the property -- according to a memo summarizing the state of the case in September, sources told ABC News.

Prosecutors who led the monthslong investigation into James' conduct concluded that any financial benefit derived from her allegedly falsified mortgage would have amounted to approximately $800 in the year she purchased the home, sources said.

The government lawyers also expressed concern that the case could likely not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt because federal mortgage guidelines for a second home do not clearly define occupancy, a key element of the case, according to sources.

What I'm wondering is whether James and or Comey can sue the DoJ for wrongful prosecution?

I said what I said, you retard.

YOUR take on it, that Trump has to PROVE his innocence, instead of being presumed innocent, is you and your side, being completely against civil rights.
