To go after him with the courts for taking a loan from a bank that has unlimited funds to confirm the value of the collateral, independent of even the lender making a claim, has to be a violation of his rights and suitable for some judicial recourse.

Don't know about NY, but seems most MLS companies place disclaimers in their ads that the information in the ad has not been verified and the potential buyer should verify independently. The banks that Trump dealt with didn't seem overly concerned with his valuations and since the loans were paid, the matter seems moot. No victim.
