Letitia James receives SUBPOENA from the DOJ for violating President Trumps' civil rights.

It is very common for AG’s to run on indicting crime bosses for their crimes. Rudy Guliani ran on indicting Mafia bosses and he named names.

Trump openly bragged about bribing New York politicians as a real estate developer. Trump’s hatred of Jerry Nadler stems from Nadler’s refusal to accept his bribes and let Trump use “eminent domain” to throw elderly residents out of their homes.

Trump is HATED in New York, which has NEVER voted for Trump in any election. That includes Wall Street and business leaders.

James ran on ending Trumps flagrant fraud and bribery crimes. INDICTING Trump is what New York residents VOTED FOR.

SHE HAS A MANDATE!!
There was no way that Trump was ever ever ever going to get a fair trial in New York. You just proved that! Congratulations on your conviction LOL

Do I need to post the source for this AGAIN?
You can post it as often as you want because it all says the same thing, that Congress CAN give the AG the authority to appoint an inferior officer.

The thing you haven’t posted any law where Congress DID give the AG the authority to appoint a special attorney as an inferior officer.

Where is that law?

What is wrong with you? Is it autism? Is the Constitution not the law of the land? We appointed a special attorney to look into Leicester James malfeasance and you don't like it. I don't care LOL

Is the Constitution not the law of the land?
The constitution gives Congress the ability to do so, but that doesn’t mean it has done so.

So where did Congress give the AG the authority to create a special attorney?

Regardless of whether the Congress does the Constitution does give the AG the authority to appoint a special attorney. That's all I care about. Do you not care about the Constitution all of a sudden? do you want corruption in New York government? Because they prosecute your political opponents? Please answer these questions so we can continue

Nope. The constitution says that Congress can give the AG the authority to appoint a special attorney.

When did Congress do that?

Why do they have to? Now answer the other questions please. I really am curious why you are in favor of corruption in New York. Is it because you are a democrat?

The constitution says they have to before the AG starts appointing inferior officers.
No it doesn't. What part of the AG can appoint a special attorney in the Constitution don't you understand? Why are you in favor of corruption in New York? Is it because you don't like Donald trump? Are you autistic?

It’s not in the constitution. The constitution says the AG can only appoint an inferior officer when Congress says they can.

Nope, now answer my questions
This is what the constitution says. Check out the bolded part:

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate, and by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, shall appoint Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, Judges of the supreme Court, and all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments

So as you can see, the constitution requires that the appointment of an inferior officer be established by law.

So let’s see the law.

There doesn't need to be a law. The Constitution states that the AG can appoint a special attorney. Now answer the other questions dumbass.

“Shall be established by law” means that there needs to be a law.

The Constitution specifically States the AG can appoint a special attorney. Now back to the subject of your credibility. Are you autistic?
