In all three cases, a President needs to be a uniter not a divider regardless of their personal views or prejudices on the matter. Obama nor Trump do that.

Equal pay for equal work is fine. But there are few jobs that men and women share. Women are not built for or disposed to do hard work. When one thinks of women, hard work doesn't jump into one's mind.

Hold on a second, I agree that women are not built as strongly as men and cannot do many of the jobs that men do, but when it comes to working hard, I totally disagree with you. Women spend more time and effort in doing their jobs than men.

Just think of it this way, they take care of the family in many ways that men are not "willing to do", spend more time doing that (while working a job at the same time) and are usually the ones that do more toiling that men do.

I am a totally honest person that is a great evaluator of people (by their actions and not their words) and I am not biased one iota. In addition and due to my experiences, I do not give people the benefit of the doubt. They have to prove who they are before I trust them.

Having said that, Obama is one of the FEW people that have my respect and who I believe truly cares about others.............first and foremost. In addition, he was 100% for our country (contrary to Trump who is for himself and is willing to sell his country out for a benefit to himself).

I'm really focusing on the ability to produce. Men produce more by virtue of the fact that we are stronger physically and more organized mentally as well as work and production oriented.

But all this is a sideshow compared to how our society should be organized, that is men in the workplace, women as mothers and homemakers. Our falling birthrate is the canary in the coal mine that tells us that more women need to return to those roles.
