We have probably 1 million transgender people in this country, but we only perform 11,000 Gender Confirmation Surgeries a year. Oh, for those boiling over at the term Gender Confirmation Surgery, I mean "Bottom Surgery" to change the shape of genitalia. Very, very, very few of these surgeries are performed on minors.

Even in the case of Chloe "someone please look at me" Cole, she only got top surgery and hormone treatments.
