Most charges against 'The Summer of Love' crowd were dropped. Very few were ever prosecuted.

Most of those locked up for months, some more than a year for being inside the Capitol, have been charged with trespassing and/or parading. Not assault.

So, why aren't the trespassing Colbert crew locked up for trespassing? They were charged with trespass and then freed. And what of the Democrat Congressmen and their staff involved in this matter?
