Leaked Emails Expose Trump’s DOJ Plot to Frame Abrego Garcia with Fake Evidence

You wanted due process.
The indictment is pretext to keep him incarcerated while they figure out how they can deport him.

I don’t expect he’d ever actually see a trial. The evidence isn’t good.

He's deportable now. You clowns cried 'due process....due processs' so they brought him back to stick it in your asses.

The evidence isn’t good.
So what's the evidence?

The invaders the governors transferred were here under the "CBP application."

Not the free roaming sneak in invaders like Abriego transported.
How do you know the people in the van weren’t under the CBP application?

He’s always been deportable, silly. You just had to do it the right way. This administration screwed up. They do that a lot.

So what's the evidence?
Primarily a dude who the administration is protecting from deportation in exchange for his testimony. The source’s claims are a little far fetched.

Where’s the terrorism charges? I thought Miller said he’s a terrorist?

They did.

Pretty sure he got caught red handed. Abrego's boss?

'In exchange for his testimony'..................this is the first time this ever happened?

They did.
Nope. They illegally sent him to El Salvador. That’s why he’s back.

Maybe. But not much evidence to show for it.

Just don’t be surprised when the validity of a source is question. Relying entirely on a criminal who is getting a deal for testimony is pretty foolish.

But I really don’t think this indictment is ever supposed to result in a conviction. It’s just for show. That’s this administrations style.

If they were they weren't illegal and on CBP (at that time) they could travel freely without a mule.
Traveling freely, like riding in a van on a highway. Traveling freely like that?

Yes admitted on CBP you could travel with the CBP admittance as your justification.

Sneak across not so much. You need a mule, most often paid, to covertly carry you around. Most often crammed in a vehicle. Just like many of them snuck in - with a mule.

They claim previous trafficking evidence over several years.

What was sneaky or covert about riding in the back of a van?

Where does the federal law say it’s okay to transport illegals if it’s “official business”?

Wow, such a question, are you really that dense? I can think of literally thousands of government agencies that can legally transport illegals, starting with local law enforcement in every state to DHS.

But they weren’t in custody and being transported across state lines, making it federal jurisdiction.

A lot when you sneak in the country and paid a mule to transport you.
But you don’t know if they snuck in the country. In fact, you don’t know anything about the people in the van. Do you?

Coming from Texas to Maryland.

Biden FBI said 'move along, nothing to see here'.

I know they didn't present or assert CBP and the FBI told local LE to release them. They would not have called it in if they had CBP or other temporary status.

I don't know why FBI was involved on standing down LE.

Again. you don’t even know who was in the van. The cops didn’t know either.

It’s going to make it hard to prove anything beyond a reasonable doubt.
